They welcome everyone when you come into the store. Their prices on products are reasonable. But the grooming service is amazing. They treat all the dogs and their owners with respect and kindness. So happy we have finally found someone we can trust with our furbabies! Give them a try. If you do go in for a groom, do a meet and greet with your dog/dogs. It let's you know if it will be a good fit.

I’ve been looking for a place like this to support since moving to the Valley from a bigger city.When I first came into RV Pet my puppy was experiencing regular and absolutely terrible gas as well as bad diarrhea. I was looking to switch up his food but I was completely lost on what to do. Kalea was so helpful and shared sympathy and compassion for what my pup was going through as well as the aftermath that my husband and I were having to experience. She pointed us to try Nutro Source and was so knowledgeable about the product and why we should give it a try for our issues. She made us feel so comfortable in going with her suggestions and welcomed us as first time customers with a little extra treat. It was such a warming experience that I knew even if this food option didn’t do the trick we had become apart of the Rogue Valley Pet pack and would be regular shoppers! And I am happy to report that after just a week of safely transitioning our pups food we began to see, and smell, a huge difference!!! It’s been a couple of months now and every time I feed my pup I thank Kalea for helping us completely eliminate our pups belly issues! I now exclusively shop at RV Pet and have canceled our 3 year relationship with Chewy ?

You can't beat their price of $5 / pet! While there, we stock up food, treats and sometimes even a toy! The friendly guy at the counter even loads my bags of food into my car for me! You can't ask for a better way to start a Sunday ??

I think it's my attitude when managers lie and do bad stuff I go head on which is good and bad because am a blunt person which means I just say the raw truth. But sorry I wasn't the right fit for the job I guess at least I tried hopefully to the managers no hard feelings or anything.

A Precious Pet
256 Vashti Way, MedfordI called literally the night before on Saturday night looking for somebody to petsit my rats while I attended a play. She was accommodating and willing to take them in at last minute notice. We ended up finding someone closer in Ashland but will definitely be calling back if we ever need a petsitter in Medford. :) I was actually disappointed that we didn't get to meet her, but it didn't make sense to drive all that unnecessarily.

I had the pleasure of working with Morgann for our three dogs, two of which just required baths and an undercoat blow out. Our French Brittany required a major haircut as we like him cut down so he doesn't get dreads, mats. He's 10 and looks like a pup again. So soft, all of them. She did a great job on all and their nails were done as well. Prices are reasonable and as with any establishment it depends on the condition of your dog when brought in, as well as what you want, need done. I would recommend giving them a try. I know I'll be going back when in town.

232 N Central Ave, MedfordOn the recommendation from a colleague, I picked up dinner at the "Got Balls" Meatball Truck that was conveniently parked at Providence Hospital on Royal. No regrets! Husband had the beef/pork Schweaty Balls hero sandwich that came on yummy toasted garlic Italian bread, all 4 balls covered in meat sauce and topped with cheese! This sandwich was a man size MEAL, and he LVED every bite. This truck has something for everyone, whether your appetite is petite or gigantic! They can be found all around town, so best advice is to follow them on social media, find them in a spot near you, and treat yourself to something truly delicious! I promise, you haven't lived till you've had these meatballs

The location, service and quality of wine was superb. The charcuterie board the prosciutto everything. I love the attention that every customer got, and on top of all of it just being able to wander around with the glass of wine was exactly what I wanted to do.
My friend highly encouraged this place. On my way down to Medford. I had completely forgotten the name and one of my friends who is a local actually said that if my other friend wouldn’t respond, we should just go here. Turns out it was the same place and they both recommended it not a coincidence. More of a god moment,

104 N Ross Ln, MedfordAmazing rescue, they truly care about the cats. We adopted a year old tuxedo cat and we couldn't love him more. He came home perfectly litter trained and so sweet. They allowed us to borrow a crate to take him home he was chipped, neutered and all his vaccines for such a reasonable adoption fee. I want to go back and just give more because he was such a steal. Overall great rescue to support.
