Overall my experience was great, Nathan was nice & provided great work! 5 stars!
On the other hand, JOHN, he was rude. He wanted us out of there & kept giving us dirty looks. He’s definitely not professional towards his customers.

I recently took my car to Penzzoil for an oil change, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and professional. They clearly explained the entire process and gave me recommendations without pushing unnecessary add-ons, which I always appreciate when it comes to car maintenance.
The wait time was minimal; I was in and out faster than I expected. I loved that the team did a quick check of other important components, like filters and fluids, and they informed me of any minor issues without pressuring me to fix anything immediately.
The prices are very competitive, and the quality of service exceeds that of many other places I’ve been before. Plus, the waiting area was comfortable and clean, which is a big bonus while you wait.
I highly recommend Pennzoil if you're looking for a reliable, fast, and honest place for your car’s maintenance. I’ll definitely be coming back for future services.

Not using my real name, but the guy was absolutely rude to me and kept verbally attacking me. I also didn't get my military discount. I will not say who he is because I don't want him to get fired, but dude you need to know your audience. Have not decided if I will come back or not but if he's working I definitely won't
