Pacific Pulmonary lied to me, telling me they had Prior Authorization from my ****************** HealthNet, to install a Hospital Bed, and they did not. Then when HealthNet did not pay them they charged me $139.64 for 3 months dated 10/08/22 to 12/08/22. I did not pay and on 9/11/23 I received a Notice of Collections from a debt collector ************** **** for the 3 bills. Realizing HealthNet was not going to pay I made them take out the bed in Jan 2023.I am on 24/7 oxygen and have a Pulmonary Condition that requires me to never lay flat but with my head elevated to a sitting position, as the hospital bed did.Many months ago after learning HealthNet was not going to pay I had to write a letter to HeathNet explaining what happened, as well as my Pulmonary Doctor writing to HealthNet that it was life-threatening for me to lay flat and I needed the bed. I thought it was taken care of because I never heard anything back from them until now. So receiving the letters sent to collections, requiring me to pay by Oct 05, 2023, was a complete surprise. I cannot pay these charges because my only income is Social Security and I cannot work because I am disabled.Several months ago Pacific Pulmonary charged several hundred dollars to my Discover card wanting payment from me, when they should not have installed the bed without Prior Authorization and BBB helped me get that money credited back to me. Now they are taking the collections route when it's their fault for putting in the bed when it was not authorized by Insurance and then not taking it out on me when they saw they weren't going to be paid by HealthNet.Now, once again I am asking for help from the BBB because this poorly run company wants to financially abuse this 70 year old Senior.

I am getting my CPAP supplies from this Company.They bill me , even when they have been paid by my insurance. These bills threaten to take me to collections. After they add a late fee that is more than the payment was.When I call them they want all of my information again......and ohh! It's just been paid.They are hoping people will pay under extortion for something they don't owe.Are they selling our information?

these guys are crooks...I'd give a minus rating if I could. The billing practices of this company are illegal. I got a cpap machine from them on the 8th of May with a scheduled payment date of the 5th of June. They did an auto withdraw on the 30th of May (the day BEFORE I GET PAID!), the next payment was taken out on the 2nd of June... Still Not the 5th. I returned the cpap machine in the 2nd of June @1:30 pm, This morning I woke up to check my bank account and sure enough the was ANOTHER withdraw today.(June 9th) totaling more than 300$ in less than 3 weeks.I tried contacting the billing dept but was disconnected before i could talk to any one. DO NOT USE THE COMPANY!!!!

This company has been great for me. I took a trip to Arizona and my concentrator had problems, the Adapt health over there gave me one for my time there. I meant to write a review then. Just thus Weekend my concentrator died. Todd from the Medford office is going to swap machines. I am so relieved that I got help even on the weekend.

In July a wheelchair was dropped off, didn't ask the patients size or needs. Signed for it, then received an email with my signature filed in in many places without my knowledge. Returned wheelchair one week later, still billing Medicare for it monthly because they don't how it was returned and they picked it up and got a signature once again, also still charging for a side table they picked up months ago. Scam to Medicare

I have never understood this company's billing process. I receive a bill and it states that owe so much, so I go to make a payment and its a different amount. Then when I checked out their statment, they said that the silcone that is glued to the cpap mask is billed as a seperate unit called the cushion, I told them that when I get my replacement mask thats's the way it is made, so they are double billing for your cpap mask. I have turned them over to the Medicare fraud department. I really wish that I had noticed this over a year ago. I could of saved around 300.00

One half hour going through phone hoops and getting cut off only to talk to an interactive pre-recorded voice that is meant to act like a real person. If you don’t have an acct with them you have no chance at service, because that fake person cannot recognize a real question.Worse ever. How sad since we don’t have many options in Medford.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST. They have no customer service, they charge you for things you have sent back, and will not answer any questions. I have never been treated so poorly by any business ever. I had to have my insurance company call with me on the line to get anyone to talk to me. WE cancelled all the further orders from them, two weeks later, i get a call about them sending my supplies. Cancelled the order, didn't receive anything, but got a bill anyway. 2 months later still waiting on a call from management to straighten it all out. I feel like they are bulling me in to paying for things i haven't received, they are based out of Los Angeles, and I have no recourse other than waiting for "management" that never calls.

The service was great until they got bought out and changed everything in November. Calling their number will get you no where, I waited 12 minutes on hold then got a busy signal. They have limited the amount of portable tanks to less then half that I was getting. I am definitely checking out other companies. Leaving a voicemail with them will not get you a call back.

My grandmother has been with PacPulmonary for years and they had great service for years until recently. Thier customer service has gone into the toilet, especially the order line.... So much waiting on hold. Idk what happened to what was once a great service company.PS thier personnel who visit your home is still wonderful, it is the people you call that have gotten bad,
