A very pleasant car buying experience. No pressure and easy to work with. I found the inventory to be clean with price displayed. Each vehicle had a Car Fax report on the dash for the customer to see. If you are looking for a no pressure car purchase and an honest dealership I would highly recommend Pacific Crest Auto sales. ??

I bought two cars through Jeff, and traded one in. I find him to be very straightforward and honest, and shockingly what I would call a “car guy“ in that he knows his vehicles.
I moved away about four years ago… why the late review? Because I would still like to find a dealer like him in my new town.

Me and my fiancé bought a truck from Jeff a couple weeks ago, the first week we had it the fuel sensor & transmission went out. Luckily we got a lifetime warranty on transmission & engine . Jeff took the truck back, made the claim, paid the deductible & is going to pay to fix fuel sensor. He has went above and beyond for my family to make sure he fixed the problems we had with the truck asap. Obviously he didn’t have to help us at all since the truck was sold to us AS IS. Great customer service 10/10 recommend going to Pacific Crest Auto Sales if you’re looking for a used vehicle.

Jeff has shown me what customer service and integrity are all about. We purchased our truck "as is" no warranty, as is the case with most used vehicles. Despite that, when I returned for some agreed upon due bill work and I showed something else that had crept up, he took care of it, at his cost even after I said I'd take care of it since there was no warranty. ABSOLUTELY the best service and integrity I've EVER experienced with a dealership!

Went to make an offer on a vehicle and was very rudely told that the offer would not be buying the vehicle though there are some nice clean options there I would highly recommend looking elsewhere due to poor customer service on part of the salesperson. No I was not upset that you wouldn't accept the offer you're just assuming I was. I was informing you that the amount I mentioned was the best I was able to do. Furthermore, I was having a discussion with the other that was with me and had considered trying to figure out if we were able to makeup the difference between what I had and what your bottom line for it was. But when I considered the tone and way you told me that you weren't going to accept what I could pay at the time. What you had said in declining the amount was "Well that won't buy the car." This answer you gave in a fairly rude tone.
