my girlfriend was looking around at pawnshop for her first ar15 and or shotgun and she almost settled on a 22 lr from a nearby pawnshop but they told us we had to make changes to her id so we went to a new one and that’s when we found this pawn shop absolutely incredible how we went from bad to amazing she found an RF-15 and she can’t stop talking about it there hella cool in there no bad energy and i learned some new stuff definitely gonna buy my first glock from them .!!

I just came in to try to sell some gun bullets they asked how much I was looking for them but when I answered they said I was on some dope and im smoking something. That was god dam disrespectful worse then hell. Just for whomever goes into this pawnshop just be worried of the rude customer service that might intail.

These guys are scammers. They list stuff on eBay with no reserve. If the winning bid is less than they want for the item, they cancel the sale after you have paid and claim the item was damaged or out of stock. Run away as fast as you can.

Great service. Great deals. Honest people. Pawn shops aren't exactly know for ethical upstanding people, this place breaks the mold, and smashes that stigma. The first few times I did business with them, I had my gaurd up. (As one should when dealing with pawn shops) I expect the usual shady scammy vibes, what I got couldn't have been more opposite. These guys are straight shooters. I've gone in, knowing what I have and expecting to be low balled and gaslit, and then having my mind blown when Taylor treated me fairly and honestly no games just ethical fair treatment. I'm very proud to recommend them. I'm a loyal customer for life. I will always go there first. I recommend you go to them, and then check with their competitors, it will blow your mind. The contrast between these guys and other shops is staggering, truely jaw dropping. I really can't recommend them highly enough. I wish I had more than 5 stars to give them, it almost makes me want to go through and drop my other 5 star reviews to 4's because most of them aren't this good. I need another higher level of praise to do do them justice.

I purchased a motorcycle for about 2K and it has been a good purchase. I dealt with I believe Taylor. While the owner of the motorcycle didn't take care of the motorcycle it still was worth the money I paid. The last time I went in both employees were respectful. The two times I have been here I've had no major concerns. These other reviews seem like they have an axe to grind. I'd buy from Oregon Cash Company again.

I've been a customer of OCC for a long time. The owner is a kind, generous man. But, my experience today left me feeling very judged & unappreciated, as a customer.I came in about 20 minutes before closing, to get a quick loan on some gold & silver. Pretty straight forward, I thought. The first employee was kind, but didnt know enough about G/S to quote me a loan. The guy who ended up helping me, at one point - accused me of not buying them where I said I did. (Still in the original packaging from the company). I ended up having to show him my initial ORDER RECIEPT from my purchase. I felt like I was looked at like a liar & a criminal. Im not on drugs, just got off work & don't know why I was so quickly judged. Maybe don't accuse your RETURN CUSTOMERS of counterfeit & criminal behavior.Is this what the world has come to? Making it a better place, starts with us. Treating eachother the way we'd like to be treated. Being kind & loving one another.We're all in this together, not one person above another.....Can't see making a return trip there.

I've been a customer at this shop for almost 20 years. This is without a doubt the BEST pawn shop in Medford. I have 2 guitars that have been in & out of this shop more times than I can count. The people that work here are all amazing people. They do their best to help everyone that walks through the door. I trust this shop completely. I have never found any signs of my guitars being tampered with. I have never had an issue with the amount they offer for my pawn. These guys are so awesome they have actually called me to let me know that I missed my pickup date. On the few occasions this has happened they were KIND enough to extend my loan for a day so I didn't lose my guitars. No other pawn shop has ever done that for me. Thank you for being such amazing people. I love my guitars & the the Oregon Cash Company. I'm very thankful for them. They have helped me so many times. I recommend them all the time and will continue to do so.

This place sells counterfeit knives and they continue to do so knowingly. If they don't stop I will contact authorities. Selling a 15$ Chinese knock off for 300+$ is disgusting. If the owner does not know a real model from a fake they should contact someone who knows knives before purchasing.
