“I've always had very good experience with this place. I gave it 4 stars only because they charge outrageous prices on some of there services like 118 dollars to change antifreeze to me is really ridiculous especially when you can take old fluids to get recycled for free.”
“I saw the sign out front of Jiffy Lube that they were doing AC recharges for $135. They were able to get me in right away and today my AC worked consistently and effectively. The guy even held the door open for me when my service was done. I highly recommend them!”
“My poor truck hasn’t been close to a car wash in a long time so I thought my birthday was the right time to change that. Went back to Q & D and the experience was the best !! Friendly hard working staff laid out my options, I chose what I wanted and received a complete and satisfying car wash that was done to spec and for a fair price. Now I required extra attention for certain areas ( road grime on the truck’s rocker panels, filthy wheels and scuffed sidewalls, etc. ) so I told the fellas that I’d make it worth their while to go the extra distance for me. And boy did they respond - 10 year old truck is looking like new !!
Just a suggestion: tipping is for a certain level of service, not just because you’re there. I notice when someone is putting effort into making this customer happy, and when I see that, he or she is rewarded, and not with a plain “thank you” but cash !! These people can’t spend good wishes …”
“I had A LOT of work done on my vehicle. The staff and mechanics were great to work with. They listened to my concerns and shared theirs about my vehicle with me. With so much work done, there were a couple things that I had to bring it back in for them to look over again; they did so graciously and replaced the faulty parts from the manufacturer at no additional cost.
The biggest perk is that they will pick you up and drop you off while your car is being serviced. They even gave me a loaner vehicle when we found that my car was going to take a couple days longer than expected. This is THE place to go!”
“What can I say? These guys are amazing! We were on a road trip and had car issues in Medford on our way to Crater Lake. They were the 4th mechanic we visited. All the shops were so busy due to the July 4th holiday and told us they wouldn't be able to get to us for a week
John listened to me and was able to fit us in! They did amazing work considering they had to order our part from out of town.
Talk about fair pricing. The final job came in at $100 under the quote!! They also provided a courtesy shuttle and took us back to our hotel.
Everyone was so friendly, especially Ricky, our shuttle driver who dropped us off and picked us up. He gave us a great history of Medford and recommended a few sites. Five stars, for sure.
If you are looking for a fair, honest mechanic, stop looking and come here!!

“I have been taking my Toyota Avalon to "Castrol Premium" ever since '1998' when I bought it brand new.
A few things have changed in the past 25 yrs. but the service has always been top notch! The employees are friendly and respectful, also very quick. They have taken very good care of my car through the years, not only an oil change and topping off all the cars fluids but, letting me know when my car needs a new air filter, radiator flush or windshield wipers ? I have always been very happy with the service at Castrol Premium and Car Wash.”

“Bittersweet. The car needed to have the keys reprogrammed and it was there for 3 months and the cost was quite high. They found other issues with it. On the way home it kept dying every 3 or 4 blocks. 2 hoses kept blowing off and would die out. Went directly back and the repair was made. Definitely a bitter sweet adventure. What can happen did happen. It all worked out in the end. Thank you Medford VW.”
