And on top of they were just nasty and grumpy!
The staff at Office Depot had great Personalities. Helpful and KIND! Non judgemental. The facility was clean and tidy. Easy to find anything, office furniture was so much nicer of a selection. I will never go back to that other store.

This is the third purchase at this Office Depot. First was a printer where Cody assisted us with selecting the right printer for our needs. He was so helpful and took his time helping us. We ended up with a product that really fits our needs and budget. Second and third trip involved the copy center. I had small projects (both under $10) but required a little technical and creative skill. Yes, Lindsay and Cody were so responsive and managed my project in no time. The results were perfect. Yes, this store has excellent customer service.
I will be back for purchases in the future!!

Terrible customer service. I wanted to buy an electric adjustable desk. Associate (male) said too big for my small trunk. Very true. Offered no other options of how to get potential purchase home. Nothing. He just watched a $500+ sale walk out the door. Hourly employee with no vested interest in making a sale for the company.
I already forwarded this review to the email address that they tell everyone to forward to.

All morning I was trying to find a specific gift card- Office Depot had the gift card. I went up to pay and the cashier didn’t even smile or say hello. I was turned away and told VERY curtly that the card I was trying to use wouldn’t work. Without even trying or offering any solutions she waited for me to leave.. I went next door to Lowe’s thankfully found a similar card and everything worked exactly how she said it wouldn’t.

Excellent service from Julia and Cody in the Print Shop. They made my 5 calendars promptly. The also assisted me in reprinting some corrected pages (4) in prompt manner.

I popped in for a quick visit and stopped to check out a display of planners. An employee named Sean wandered over and asked if I needed any help. We had such a lovely conversation on the use of planners and I left the store with a smile on my face. Thanks Office Depot for training your staff to be so welcoming. It really makes a difference:)

The employees have always been very helpful and they go that extra mile. I asked an employee about computers (laptops) I asked him to please explain the differences to me. I got an education. I really did. Very very professional.
