These guys are honestly the best.
So a little context: my wife bought a BMW and the previous owner had sold it to us with some issues. I called BMW and they quoted me $2500 and told me all this stuff was wrong with the car and itd take likely a week or two to fix. Brought it to autohäus and these guys took 2 hours to tell me it'd cost close to what half of what BMW quoted me and that half the stuff they said needed to be replaced, was indeed just fine and didn't need to be touched. These guys are honest as can be and even went above and beyond and even gave us (my wife and our two kids including myself) a ride to enterprise rent a car as well as a ride to the hotel we were staying at. 10 out of 10, These guys are awesome. Don't bring your BMW nowhere else, These guys are the best. Genuinely no bs, I won't be bringing this car to anyone else besides autohäus from now on. Amazing work gentlemen.

I highly recommend Northwest Autohaus. They were able to help me out on my 45 year old BMW when none of the local folks could. I won't let anyone else touch it now, or my 30 year old BMW either. They are knowledgeable , professional, courteous and easy to deal with. Their rates are reasonable and they're honest. What more could you want?

Great work, good communication, and decent rates, they kept me informed through the whole process. They were able to fix an intermittent problem that Lithia could not figure out, and they did it quickly. If you have a German import, this should be your first choice for a mechanic!

I've been here a couple of times now, had some major work done on a 10 year old bmw. It's running better now then when I first bought it. I feel like the prices are fair, the wait time to get in is pretty short, and the work is excellent. Highly recommend.

We have older models of Porsche Cayenne & Mercedes 500E and had them serviced at Nortwest. We are very confident in the knowledge it takes to work on these 2 foreign cars. We drove from Brookings to Medford to have our vehicles serviced so we can have them working for as long as possible because they are great vehicles. We feel the service was the best and appreciated rides to our appointments while our vehicles were being worked on. Owners and employees are friendly and professional.

I was really impressed with their customer service. I am new to owning a VW and I was a bit nervous about switching shops and having to find somewhere that specializes in working on foreign cars like VW's. One day I heard a weird noise and I knew I needed to get my car looked at asap. Everywhere I called(even my local VW dralership) was completely booked out or didn't have time for an inspection. I called northwest autohaus and they were able to get me in within 30 minutes of my call. They were professional, quick, and gave me peace of mind. They didn't even charge me for the inspection. I definitely will be going back there for my car needs in the future!
