What is it that makes these have such an freaking attitude towards one type of Piper? Another, you ask them for a pipe and they tell you know we don't sell those here.Full of the things and they speak to you as though. You're made out of excrement as I'm standing there in my work uniform. People that think they're better than other people are just absolutely worst, worst, worse people in society.

Rude employe. The lady working there. Funny thing is I read the reviews before I went to the store and previous customers had the same issues, but still seems like the business contagious still employer bad customer service.

12/09/22 3:30pm. I was treated so horrible at this store. Sad thing is I've been going in there for like 30 years if not longer. I bought an item and when I got home it was faulty. I called for help and they refused to help me. I was the only customer in the store and I was at the check out with this young man for about 5 minutes or so. He was very slow. Finally after about 5 mins I said no thank you to a bag because I had a cab waiting for me. Now he says because he didn't tell me that I had to test the product first that it's my fault. Apparently 5 minutes isn't enough time to tell me while I am standing quietly waiting for him. He blamed me for not giving him enough time to tell me. Finally I asked for a manager and he refused to give me the managers name and hung up on me. This is the worst I have ever been treated at a store. Sad thing is I'm always way to nice. I was not rude I was just trying to understand why they did not tell me how it works and then blamed for it. Very very sad to watch an establishment that has always been wonderful go down the tubes like this. Very sad. I hope the manager reads this so I can talk to who ever it is
