This is the best laundromat in town. Nothing fancy, just a clean environment, reasonably priced washers, and the best dryers. The owner is friendly and prompt to respond when I have called. I won’t go anywhere else.

I gave it five stars for the work they do to help the homeless. The care and compassion they show the washers and dryers are always clean. If something breaks they fix it. And it's a reasonable price for what you're getting. Highly recommend this laundromat

More homeless than laundry carts and the floor looks like it's only cleaned by people dropping laundry on the floor.

Like others have said, this place is super reasonable!! Most the people who wash there are families and everyone is quiet & respectful. The taqueria next door is also the bomb ;)

Thanks to the owner of neffs Oakdale laundromat for allowing all of us an to the one an only J3RD St ministry for holding a BIG laundry day [loads of love] for anyone who needs to wash clothes blankets anything any amount every last feiday of the month they also include the quarters the soap the dryer sheets the bags to haul away&& he provides a super bomb breakfast of either biscuits an gray or breakfast burritos!!all of us at the urban crossings formerly the urban campground we love an appreciate your loving idea an amazing people like you guys make the world just that much better from the deepest part of my heart an soul do I have a huge amount of love an apperation for the love an spread of the lord an following the words of God's an helping out thy neighbor ??

The owner is super nice and accommodating! And they take very well care of the place. I’ve only had one issue with this place (and it wasn’t their fault) but they still made it right. I appreciate that they care about their customers and they care about their community! I come here every week. They’ve definitely turned this place around!

Nice place, you have to pay a quarter more for using warm/ hot water in the upright washers but the dryers actually work and work good most every place I've been needs more money to dry than it takes to wash. Well worth the money for the dryers alone. Clean too.

Every time I come to this location. I don't enjoy it only because the parking lot is always so busy. I believe a little further south on stewart is a nicer laundry center.

If I could give it just zero stars, I would. Terrible place. Steals quarters and when you call to reach someone about the lost money, nobody picks up. I doubt I will even hear from them. I'm sure they are content to keep money. Never bothering with this place again.

I recently began washing my laundry here. I used to wash at the Laundry Center. The machines at Neff’s are substantially cheaper and better volume to price ratio. I like that it’s in a residential neighborhood and not on as busy of a street. Also Taqueria El Gallo and a minute Market share the same building so you have food and drinks while you wait. Super convenient! Thanks Neff!
