One star because of location and the homeless omg! I'm afraid to shop there at night because the parking lot is so damn dark and during the daytime literally from early a.m., the homeless are everywhere and aggressive. There are needles in the parking lot, garbage everywhere. Will not be returning to this location.
And whats with the lazy employees? Carts are everywhere all the time, all over the parking lot.. You know that's YOUR JOB RIGHT?

A nice choice of healthy foods to choose from. They don't seem to carry hemp seed oil in the Natural Grocers anymore, so I must find that product somewhere else now. Other than that, they are on point.

Lots of organic gmo free groceries and supplements. The produce is the best and fresh! The staff is always available to help assist with any questions. A little pricey on some things but it's quality products. I frequent here to supplement my grocery list. Staff is always kind.

Love the clean, well organized store. My go to for all my supplements. The people who work in that department are knowledgeable and helpful.

Employees (or managers?) need to learn better customer service if this store wants to stay relevant. The truth is, I can buy just about any vitamin online, but I try and support local when possible. Tonight, I didn’t realize the store closed at 8:36 PM, though saw posted online afterward. I walked in right at 8:30 PM, and a woman at the door said, “We close in five minutes!” I said something to the effect of, “OK, great; I know exactly what I need so I’ll be quick.” All I needed were three expensive supplements, and I already knew where they were at.As I was standing in one of the aisles, another women who seemed managerial in nature said, “UH, we’re closed!” in the most “Duh, are you stupid” type of tone. I responded, “I was told I had five minutes!” She looked at me like I was a child (I’m a youthful 38), and I immediately felt like crying. I have an ongoing health issue, for which one of the supplements was for, that had caused me chronic discomfort. However, I was so embarrassed that I just put the items in my basket back on the shelf and walked out. It was around 8:33 PM when I left, before their posted closing time. They lost a sale of over $100 to Food4Less and Amazon, where I immediately purchased from after leaving.I didn’t give them one or two stars because I have received helpful service here in the past. It’s just frustrating because I perform at a high level of customer service in my job, and have helped my company because of it. It stinks when I pour out empathy and compassion all day long, only to receive disappointing treatment elsewhere.

They have so many uncommon flours and other foods that are hard to find elsewhere if you are trying to follow an anti-inflammatory diet.

Raw nuts and supplement are the only reasons I shop here and thats only if I cannot find them at Food4Less or online.
Food items are over priced and don't like to shop here for them unless I have cash back on the Ibotta App... because that's how expensive they are. A bottle of coconut water is $5.25 and same bottle at Safeway it's $3.25 just to give you an example at how fluctuated the prices are.
I hope this was helpful.
