Beware they will not cover warranty. Bought a battery here and 3 months later it would not hold charge. Went to licensed mechanics in Medford and they stated battery is defective. Mgr Dakota is rude and very bad attitude about returns. Acts like it comes out of his personal pocket money. Would not return even though under warranty. Open corporate case on 5/22/2023. Called today June 14, 2023 and said the regional office had called me in June 7, 2023 and closed the case. I NEVER received a call from NAPA regional and they lied on calling my direct number. I looked up their reviews overall for NAPA Auto Store and added to this review. 1.65 stars yikes I wish I would of known their rating I would of stayed far away. Now I know why the Central Point, and Gold Hill locations closed.

This store is the worst customer service ever on their product. Bought a defective battery for $179. and Dakota, (Store Manager acting like its coming out of his personal income) said its discontinued and they cannot take it back. Even though it's still under warranty with their company. He then proceeded to state that my car must be the problem. I took it over to a certified mechanic and they stated the battery is defecting and will not hold a charge. This is the second time we tried to take it back after calling corporate and they told us to return it again. We have a case open with Napa Regional since this is the way you have to go if the store will not cooperate. It's been since middle of May and to this day, June 7th, they our still pending the case. I recommend staying clear of this store since previous reviews show that Napa is really bad on customer service regarding warranty. Google search reviews on Napa and you will see I'm not the only case they are dealing with on customers across the US. Beware if you have a problem with the any auto part. They are rude and act like it's not their problem. I pray they replace my battery soon since I'm still waiting for a call back.

I'm not sure the name of the older man working behind the counter (greyish hair with a beard/mustache and glasses), but he definitely should NEVER work in a customer facing position that requires any type of customer service. I ordered a few things to pick up in the store and when I came in he just stared at the computer screen and didn't acknowledge my presence at all even after I asked a question about my order. He then said "I don't know anything about your order, not sure what you are talking about" fortunately another co-worker overheard and pointed him in the right direction. It took him about 10 minutes to get my stuff (again, another co-worker had to go assist) and when he finally came back he was incredibly rude when I was paying for my stuff "Do you want a bag or not? Then give me your stuff so I can put it in the bag" I laughed and said I could put it in the bag myself so he then threw the bag at me. I will be going to Autozone on West Main from now on!! They are awesome. I was hoping I could go to both but there's no way I'll give any more money to somebody like that. Terrible experience. I also never write reviews but I felt this was warrented.
