Hi Sandy!!! Julie and I signed all our papers today and tomorrow March 31st we’re officially homeowners!!! Kathy posted something for us and I added you to my comment regarding helping to make our dream come true!! You were absolutely an integral part, matter of fact without you we wouldn’t have had a conversation to take to the seller so from both Julie and myself .. thank you so much!! Jim was amazing. I didn't make it easy for him but he came through on an amazing deal for my first mortgage. He got compliments from his competitors. I would recommend him to anyone... Like I just did.
