“Honestly I can’t say enough positive things about this store.. I had to switch service from Verizon to Us cellular because we didn’t get service where we live and I’m so happy we came to this location, these guys will make sure you’re taken care of. I’ve been to 2 other stores in Medford and I have nothing bad to say about those stores but this one is by far my favorite! I didn’t get the card of the gentleman that helped me because he’s normally in central point but thank you Nathan for your help. Nick, and Jorge are at this location and they will take care of you. ??”

“I had a great experience with Andrew. We took three prepaid lines to a new post paid account. It was really difficult. I spent four hours previously trying to complete this through texts. It did not go through. Then two hours on the phone, and it didn’t work. Andrew took the time with great patience. He was so knowledgeable and took time to explain everything multiple times, and showed us many different prices. Best experience ever for dealing with Verizon!!!

“I had to get my Samsung note galaxy 20 ultra phone screen replaced, I called them today right at opening and they were able to get my phone fixed within 2 hours. Also the screen replacement for this phone is very expensive and they had the best prices I found. Great people definitely recommend!”

“We recently switched our service from T-Mobile to AT&T and are in the process of switching our internet from Spectrum. First, we’re saving a total of $118 a month and that’s with upgrading 2 phones (including trade-in). The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. We ran into a problem porting over one of the phones, but when we took the phone back in, they knew exactly what had happened and were able to get the phone up and running in just a few minutes. Kudos to Orazio, Caleb, and Daniel for their great customer service (and tag teaming seamlessly).”

“I recently had a virus on my new phone and sought out advice from my local Verizon store. They said they couldn't help me out and sent me to the geek squad at best buy . After two lengthy trips to the geek squad and a few hundred dollars they gave up and said I needed to go nuclear and get a new Sim card. I returned to Verizon and a young lady named Jade helped me. A young male associate went and got a sim card to install, but Jade said not so fast and actually took the time to see if it was necessary. She quickly diagnosed the issue, changed my texting app to Verizon, and cleared up the problem. Bingo bango problem solved. Her initiative, skill set, and excellent customer service was so refreshing. Thanks to her alone I was a happy customer.”

We've used iexperts several time for various phones (shattered screen, battery replacement, unknown reasons to boot up). Each experience has been stress-free from initial contact, responsiveness, scheduling and repair. We've never encountered any additional problems with their repairs preformed by iexperts. They also offer excellent prices! Just the convenience of having them come to me is priceless! I'd definitely recommend the company. “I called corporate on 4/2/25 & they said I had to go into the store. I went into Medford from Sunny Valley an hour away on 4/2/25, they said I had to call Financial Services. So I went BACK home, another HOUR drive, called Financial Services, they said I had to go INTO A STORE! So on 4/3/25, I went back to Verizon in Medford, another hour drive!!! At the store, I told them what was going on and within 10 minutes Quentin Antionet and Gio Clemons had solved my problem! Quentin & Geo deserve a RAISE!!! They did what Corporate & another Verizon member couldn’t! I wish ALL of your employees were as efficient as Quentin & Gio!”
