I was trying to port my number and Katie the sales associate was trying to charge over ? dollars in " convenience fees " when all prices are disclosed and I definitely won't recommend getting there service, prices are already high plus such a bad attitude to get business no wonder everyone complaint about Metro with those types of employees making businesses or potential customers to go away.

These girls went out of their way to make sure that not only did. I easily switch over from one service to them. But also got a free phone, and they put a case on it and A glass screen protector.When I had a problem with my bill the month after.
