I recently had a bi polar episode and had hurt myself. I was taken by Mercy Flights to the hospital and when I arrived one of the paramedics very snidely told the receiving nurse that “it was to relieve stress.” Normal people don’t slash up their arms to relieve stress. It was obvious that I was in crisis, not acting right and having a mental break.sensitivity training is definitely needed.

My experience with Mercy Flights could not have been better. I needed to be transferred from Providence Medford to St. Luke's Boise, ID, for a procedure that could not be done closer. The ambulance ride and the flight were both amazing. The staff were extremely competent and helped keep me calm even in a very stressful situation. I had a question for the billing staff u0026 they returned my call the next day with helpful information. I am so glad I got a membership a couple years ago u0026 have maintained it. I will have a membership for as long as I live in the valley.

Shout out to Alan who comforted my little one and I after our MVC...and offered a little advice along the ride to the hospital. I had just washed and fueled up my car and spent the day shopping with my little when we totaled our car and the other one at a stop light. Despite knowing the impact this accident would have on my little's mental health and my body I was also worried about the costs and impact to my ability to get to work and move forward in general. The staff of Mercy Flights made the post-crash jitters and shock ease up as they drove us to the hospital. Thank you for being kind and warm and comforting during a very rough experience for the both of us.

The most professional staff throughout this entire organization. My young son and I have had to rely on Mercy Flights for ambulance, helicopter and fixed wing medical emergencies. Always greeted with professional, courteous, well trained, caring staff. You must get a lifetime membership!!!

Have used these guys a couple of times for ground transport to the emergency room in Medford for my mom in memory care and they are wonderful. Very lucky to have this local service as ems is a tough call sometimes. Will most likely sign her up for membership. Thank you for being there. Top notch.

A high praise to Mercy Fligh-t! I wish I could remember the names of those two young male flight nurses, the competent pilot and the other staff member working quietly in the background. They were terrific! I was in the best of professional hands; treated with care, kindness, attention and a human connection while transported in the Mercy Flight Ambulance to the airfield, to be airlifted to the nearest specialty surgeon. This is an outstanding team, you feel how much they all love their jobs. Thank you Mercy Flight!

My gratitude goes out to the Company and staff for the professionalism shown not only for the two separate life saving flights to the burn center and OHU, one in 2009 and one just last year, but ALSO for the ambulance rides that helped my condition. THANK YOU!

This isn't a review about the professional responders who save lives every day. They're heroes, and deserve nothing but praise. This is about the incompetence of the billing staff, who can't seem to be bothered with checking the accuracy of an address before sending out bills, and their intransigence to correct their own mistakes. I received services from Mercy Flights after I called 911 in the middle of the night. They came out, and it turned out that I was having a panic attack. Whew! I gave them my information, and off they went. I didn't hear anything from Mercy Flights, and I assumed that my insurance picked up the cost of the EKG they did. Several months later, I received a collection notice that was sent to the wrong address, but somehow made it into my mailbox. I called Mercy Flights to try and figure out why I was being sent to collections, and they indicated that they'd billed my insurance, and sent out several billing notices. That's when I discovered that they had my incorrect address. I simply asked that they let me pay the original amount, but the person I spoke to insisted that I had to pay the collections. I called their collections company, Southern Oregon Credit Service, and the lady refused to let me speak after I told her that I wasn't going to pay interest on the bill, and transferred me to some extension that went to voicemail after she refused to let me pay. So let's recap here: I'm trying to simply pay a bill that was never sent to the right address because they didn't bother simply verify the address. Neither Mercy Flights, nor their collection agency, will allow me to simply pay the bill, because they're trying to extort interest out of me by threatening to report an amount on my credit report that's incorrect because of their clerical error. I'd strongly recommend against doing any business with Mercy Flights until they can fix their broken, unreliable, and draconian clerical processes, and hire people who want to work with their customers, rather than beat them over the head with credit threats.

Unexpected ambulance ride the other night. The two Mercy Flight employees Tanner and M.J. were fantastic. The cared and were so professional. Even after the ER lost some of the EKG results, I was able to get them from Mercy 'Flights' office in minutes. The office staff were super helpful as well. Great organization! Thank you!
