We were driving our RV with Sprinter chassis down I-5 yesterday when our turbo resonator popped, hissed and went out. We drove to Mercedes Benz of Medford in limp mode and they got us in right away. The part we needed wasn’t going to be available for 3 days, which wouldn’t work for us. We are due in LA tomorrow to celebrate my mother’s 95th birthday! Dan and his team did some creative problem solving to help us out. Mechanic, Keegan, put in a new gasket seal and found a way to bolt our existing turbo resonator together so that we could get back on the road. We will replace it when we return to Dallas next week.
While no one wants to have these kinds of problems on the road in the middle of a driving trip, we are happy it happened to us near Medford and so thankful for the excellent service and care we received from all of the people at Mercedes Benz of Medford…and we are so happy we will be able to celebrate with Mom tomorrow!

Folks were friendly and service waiting area is great. Lots of snacks, drinks and magazines to enjoy while you are waiting.

Had a rock destroy my sunroof while out of town for work. They offered me free tape and detailing material to get it all patched up so I could get it back into town
No hesitation and no fuss, just immediately offered to help out. Strongly recommend supporting a company with people like Shannon and Daniel on staff

Had an RV battery completely go out and had to tow. Got me in ASAP in the afternoon, and had the RV ready by 1:00 the next day, great communication helped and Shannon owned the situation A-Z. She's not just a ten year employee...she's an asset to Macedez

Was told one price and charged another. Almost 300 more. I specifically called and asked what b7 service would cost. Then when picking up car was told that I was given b service amount. I know what I asked and verified the b7 and was even told it consisted of flushing brakes. They did apply a 125 coupon but still wrong to do. Got car home and inside window was not cleaned and back of seats still had foot prints from kids so was not cleaned well. Ended up cleaning door jams and seats and window myself. Have always had good service in past so not sure why it was different this time. Edited: found out at next service, which I went elsewhere, that B7 should have been transmission maintenence and not flushing of brakes.. Am so done with this place.

I had my SUV in for a recall visit. Medford Mercedes Benz is one of the closes dealer to my home residence in northern CA. The service department was friendly and made efforts to do the recall inspection rapidly so that I could begin a four hour trip home to CA on the same day. I appreciated the expedited services.

Quick call back, any information needed was delivered swiftly and super clear as well as straightforward..
Jeffery was on top of it, even on off days he remotely did his part of the job and I’m so thankful I got to have someone like him. He’s fantastic and made my purchase tremendously easy. I’ll be coming back in the future for further purchases and the best part is I’m in a whole other state!! That’s how good this service was.
Mario in financing was perfect as well, very professional and made the down payment go smoothly. All in all wonderful experience with Mercedes Benz of Medford!
