They said they only do “solar” nails witch is a 10$ upcharge but did acrylics? Then said they only do gel witch is another upcharge , then they charge 5 percent of your service to use your card, they were friendly until the end, I pointed out the white had bled into the cuticle I was not rude about it and he said “ if you don’t like it go else where next time “ I was mortified, I’ve done white before and they make sure it doesn’t bleed and if they do they fix it with nail polish remover , Not sure why he was so mean about it . This tiny set was 63$ they’re not shaped well either overall just bad experience:(

I've been going to Medford nails for 5 years, and I absolutely love this salon!! Tony & Holly are so kind, so friendly and so professional! They are the best nails I've ever had (and I've been doing my nails for 40 years!!) I highly recommend this salon!

I had such a great experience here! Not only did they do a beautiful job with my acrylics, but the people working there were truly some of the nicest ever! Definitely the best experience I've ever had in a nail salon. I will definitely be going back!

Absolutely loved this place! I'm from Denver, CO and I'm super picky! I go to Pink and white nails in Denver, witch is the best nail place in town, and I needed new nails as I was travelling on bussiness so I called this guy's last minute usually they don't do no last minute appointments but they decided to do that for me and squeeze me inn. Holly and her team were amazing totally made me feel great and welcomed and did an amazing job! I will definitely be coming back if my nail schedule falls in Medford, OR again! Thank u so much guys! Keep up the good work!Xoxo

Went on and on about how much better they would do my nails than my previous place. Got “solar nails” and they shaped and made them really well. Then went they went to paint them, did the messiest job. Unfortunately I picked a bright color so it showed terribly—you could see where there was one coat vs two, streaky, and very very messy. I came back in asking for another coat to even them out. Very rude response and told me that “he had done perfect nails and I should not come back” and go somewhere else. $82 later (which was removing dip and then doing their “solar nail” plus a tip before I realized how bad it was) left pretty annoyed. I’ll happily go somewhere else, which is a shame because it all looked great until they slapped the polish on in a rush.

I originally came in for a french set of acrylics for the holidays. When she showed me how they looked and i stated (nicely) it was not at ALL what I had asked for, I was met with a rude attitude and scolding - even though the work she did simply looked like she didn’t try. Today my partner went into Medford Nails and had acrylic nails applied and then painted, the husband started her out by applying the acrylic nails and he did a great job, then here comes the issue, then his wife took over and painted them, she didn’t handle the nails good at all, didn’t apply cuticle oil so the skin around the nails look terrible, and the gel topcoat she applied begins to yellow as it dried which is a clear sign that they are using a cheap gel product. (See White & blue snow flake picture) She ended up paying $70 to Medford Nails which included a tip (she said it was for the husbands great work on applying and shaping the acrylic nails, not for wife’s terrible service) my partner does not like conflict so she paid and left. And she drove to Ashland Nail & Spa and had her nails repainted and you can see the difference because they added nail oil (see 2nd pic of see thru nail paint job, stark difference in quality). She headed home and told me her story, I was upset and called Medford Nails and asked to speak to the owner and the lady that answered was the wife who did my partners nails and I asked what their process was for customers who where unsatisfied. She told me she wouldn’t talk to me about it she would only talk to my partner. Convenient.
