I always have great experiences here. Mainly I prefer to go there when I don't want to wait in line at the government run building down the street. Sure, they are a little old school inside, but it sure beats waiting in line!You may have to pay a little extra for some stuff, but its worth it when you are pressed for time and you want to support a more local option.

This place is a joke. Don't try to drop off a USPS package there. They'll charge you $4 what a waste of time

This was place was recommended to me by several locals upon my visit to Oregon. Although the owner, who is up there in his years, needs to work on his robotic personality with people under the age of 60, probably set in his ways like my father, but nonetheless, a great guy. I had large amounts of items to be shipped back to California, (pictures, large coats, misc clothes & other misc items) which I'm sure was a packaging nightmare for them. When I got back home - they did an awesome job! No items were damaged. The packaging was the best I had ever seen. The price, compared to the local Fed Ex, USPS & UPS stores after a lot of inquiries and dealing with menials who were too lazy to answer basic questions, was very reasonable. This location has a lot of shipping resources at its disposal and office supplies which I also purchased. It also has local P.O. boxes for rent. I would recommend this place for both shipping out & for shipping to family & friends who live there.

Great service and Bob and Diane are friendly, helpful people behind the counter. Saved alot on PMB rental. Shipping supplies, decent hours, easy to get to from several Medford main streets. Both Bob and Diane a pleasure to work with, always friendly and helpful to me. 5 stars and definitely recommended.

Unlike the previous post regarding the customer service here, I have ALWAYS been warmly received as well as been treated appropriately with regimented excellence in customer service. Additionally I would like to say that you get back what you project for the most part in this life, so if you're treating others as you wish to be treated then you have no merit for a complaint... I've been a Happy customer for just under a year now and am ALWAYS treated as such. ;)

This is my 2nd year being a customer. Bob is the nicest man and he is so respectful. His staff are all very friendly and helpful. They are very organized and effecient. They have all the shipping supplies I could ever need and there are even cute and funny cards to select to send with my shipments. I have all my packages sent here for safe and reliable delivery. They are great!!

Customer service was fantastic. Forgot an item in a hotel. Medford mailbox shipped it to me in 2 days. I would use them again without hesitation. Very well packed and mark so as not to be damaged. Thx Medford Mailbox.

What a joke, ups was closed so I stopped by to drop off a box to be shipped and I already had a shipping label printed, the guy working told me I needed a SHIPPING BOX and for $9 he could put it in one needless to say I left and went to the ups store which gladly took my box and label and told me "thank you and have a great day" never stepping foot in this store again. Can you say crook.

Bob is a great guy very helpfull. Went in for notary services, got shipping and check services all for a very reasonable price. Shipping with usps ups and fedex. notary public services. P.o. boxes and all of your shipping needs handled by fast knowledgeable people. All in all amazing experience.
