Complete Circus, I placed an order to have Diesal delivered to my RV that's currently immobile, and under repair... The scheduler asked if I'd like a call before the driver left the office to make the delivery. I said sure, but it didn't matter because I would be home all day. The day of delivery the scheduler called, but because I was working in the yard I missed the call. When I called back an hour later, the lady said the delivery had been canceled because I didn't answer the phone. After telling her I didn't need a call prior to delivery, and told them this when I originally placed the order, she said she was sorry, the driver moved onto another project, and they couldn't schedule another delivery for two weeks. I then asked to speak with the owner, but she's on vacation until the 19th. I then asked to speak with a manager, or supervisor, and was told they don't have anyone in these positions. So now, I'm a 100% disabled combat vet, in 100 degree heat, with no a/c because I didn't answer a phone call I didn't need or want, REALLY? When you stop and think about it, it makes sense. The boss is away, no supervision, and it's a friday. Hell, they probably canceled all their deliveries... Pretty crappy way to treat a customer, much less a disabled vet. If I die of heatstroke it's on you!!!
