Absolutely worst service of any carrier known to man. Signature required delivery had it Scheduled for redelivery. They didn’t bother to redeliver. The Redelivery expired. Tried to have it delivered again only to find out online system Doesn’t support this. Call the one 800 number only to be told to go pick up my mail at the Riverside location and I had to correct them and tell them no it’s Ehrman way. Honestly, why does the USPS even bother staying in business service is atrocious they lose your things and make Excuses and take no accountability for losses. You’re just told I hope you bought the insurance from us as if they expect to lose your packages. Come To find out they subcontract third-party Individuals to sort mail that are not actual employees the USPS. Watched management Throw a screaming fit at the employees yelling F bombs to them over a lost parcel. Someone (as in the 3rd party subcontractors not usps employees)Put a $600 item in a locker and then put the key in another person PO Box. Or decided to keep the item for themselves ?♀️Spectacular service. Shut down already. Nope cannot do that. Would be one less thing the government can force taxpayers to sponsor, …so that’s not an option

If you're not going to be open on Saturday's, take down the 83 signs plastered all over the fences and entrance that state you are from 11-2. Not sure if this was some fly-by-night answer either, but we've been trying to get mail box keys in a develop(ed)ing neighborhood to which an employee told my wife "there is one employee that oversees the entire Jackson County for those matters". USPS is a joke with climbing shipping rates and postage yet not enough employees to to run it.

I deal with usps and ups everyday. Time and time again usps fails at their job. Packages go missing, are mis-delivered, have to be picked up instead of delivered. None of these problems with ups. I hope usps fails and goes away. It can’t operate and support itself. And every bad employee that contributes to this, like the ones that can’t match an address with a building, deserve to lose their job after this place closes down.

Currently have to pick up my mail here due to mail box key change delays caused by the fires. The workers are always quick to get my mail for me and I've even had a kind employee cart my packages out to my car. Our postal workers deserve some love during these hard times and are much appreciated.

What can I say, you go in with your piece of paper, sign for your mail and that's it. Gentleman that's there is always very nice.

This post office has an employee who consistantly loses or steals priority mail deliveries. I have had to file 5 complaints with the USPS. They should be investigated for mail fraud, as they know they have a problem with an employee, have admitted it to my customer there, and do nothing about it

No one answers the phone # listed. My mail service was not resumed on the date requested AND I’m missing 3 weeks of mail. USPS is so worthless.
