This place is a rip off. They say there's a warranty at time of purchase but if you go in wanting to use the so- called warranty, they decline saying we purposely ruined 1 lousy tire and they won't stand by their own warranty. Lesson learned, back to Les Schwab i go!

They mounted tires for me that I bought off marketplace. And balanced them. They got me right in and it only took about 30- 45 minutes.

***Use caution, changed price on me, theft!!! ***I went there yesterday around 4 pm and dropped off a wheel that had a puncture. The price he told me was $35.00. When he got the new tire on my wheel I then gave him 20 cash and told him I would do the rest on the card. He said "cash only, I need $15 more from you." So I told him I would go get cash and come back. I showed back up at 5:30pm and they were closed. There posted hours are until 6:00pm. So I showed up this morning with 20 cash and was just going to let him keep the extra 5. He then stated that I needed 30 more because he said the total was 70. He held my tire hostage until I paid him 50 more for a total of 70. He basically committed theft .I contemplated calling police but I really didn't have time to go thru that whole process. I may still though later today.If you go here be sure to get prices on paper!!This use to be my go to for quick single used tires mounted and balanced out the door. Not anymore

THIS IS THE FIRST REVIEW THAT I HAVE EVER POSTED. THE most unfriendly, unprofessional service that I can remember recieving.............and I'm 73 years old. One person only at this business and no customers at the time I went in. Let me elaborate; the old weights on my custom wheels left some unsightly stick-one tape and he had nothing to remove it. He gunned the lug nuts on so tight that when he used his torque wrench to check them (suprised that he even did this) there was no tightening left with the wrench. HERE'S WHAT REALLY TWEEKED ME; when he was finished he refused to take my credit card and forced me to pay with CASH which I almost never carry. I told him that he should have told me thiis UP FRONT. I asked him repeatedly what would I have done if I had not had cash and he just kept mumbling. I had to force him to give me a reciept. When he made it out it had numbers which had little to do with the money that he took from me. I left the office shaking my head and his next customer who saw me asked if he should keep driving. I nodded..........and he did.

These Guys were great. I called rite b4 they were closing and asked if he had 2 used tires 4 my truck N he said yah but he wud wait only 10 min because they were technically closed. I went straight over with my belts literally coming thru which made the one have a bubble so it felt like it wud wobble rite off. The pair he had 1 of them wasn't good so he found a comprable size and gave me those for 40$ less and told me I am your help. ?. Indeed he was. Thank you Guys. N then he waited 4 me 2 go to the ATM. They sure were my help.
