I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the exceptional service provided by Medford Auto Spa.
Upon arrival, I was greeted by Chewy who was very friendly and personable. He took the time to understand my specific needs and expectations for my vehicle. My interior was completely abused over the years due to Dog hair and of couse the kids.
Chewy provided valuable recommendations tailored to my vehicle, ensuring I received the best possible service for the price.
The attention to detail during the car detailing process was truly impressive. Every nook and cranny of my vehicle was meticulously cleaned and detailed leaving it looking better than the day I drove it off the lot. The interior was immaculate, with every surface shining and free of any dirt or grime. He was able to get the staines out that was there for over 3 years! Truly impressive!
The exterior was flawlessly washed and waxed, restoring its original shine! I'm very pleased I went here and got a detail. My car is SO clean! Thanks Again!

This place is horrible.I checked the miles on my car when I dropped it off and when I picked it up it had 50 more miles on it. Not cool there driving my car around.

This is a Mexican run business and they take advantage of local people..beware there not insured my car was damaged and they pretended they knew nothing.good luck?the previous owners were great and sold the business to these people.Service: Auto detailing

New Owners! and a New beginning! These guys are great! Had my car fully detailed inside and out and they did a fabulous job! They got in between the spaces I would of never looked. They even cleaned the tracks for the convertible top! I'm definitely going to come back and recommended you to all my friends.Services: Steam cleaning

I have a pickup truck that needed some serious TLC and had lots of pet hair in it. Jesus made scheduling easy and provided excellent customer service. My truck looks AMAZING! I am so impressed. My fiance dropped our car off for a day. Did a good job, but some details were lacking for the cost. The interior was cleaned well. Insides of windows werent cleaned, water stains on outside, residue from cleaner left in car. Scratches that easily could have been buffed were not touched. Ultimately, we only have one vehicle, so taking it back would not be convenient or worth it. Overall a good service and would recommend, but maybe not the top package for the cost.
