I've seen a LOT of vets over the years (in 4 different states), and this is one of the best I've encountered. But get your microchips elsewhere; their price is absurd.

I have been taking my cats to Medford Animal Hospital for nine years and couldn't be happier. Lina is at the front desk and handles most of the incoming calls. When she answers she says hello "Joanne" and always mentions my cats names. She manages to take care of the phone calls and greet me and my furry babies when I go to the clinic. Thank you Lina for taking such good care of all of us.

Update: working with a different vet, things have been going along fairly well and we have worked into a decent rhythm for the most part as long as my pups body cooperates!
My dog and I have been working with Medford animal hospital for a short time only a couple of months after he became very very ill and was hospitalized. We are new to the area and he had a previously existing condition that worsened and has also changed. Dr Gillum is working very hard at trying to help figure out what is going on with my little guy.

Leina was awesome and really leaped at the moment to help my cat and I. He was in really bad shape and she got me in the very next morning.
The whole staff was excellent. They walked me through everything. Detailed information on the medicine and how to take care of my cats issues. My cat usually doesn't like other people at allll but they managed to comfort him to where he wasn't freaking out. Will definitely recommend to others.
Liena even gave me a doctors note for my crappy HR at work.

When I first moved to Medford, I came to this vet for my four dogs. I brought prior vet records. Still, the vet staff could not figure out how to get my dogs’ past vaccinations into their system. They missed that my dogs were due for their rabies shots. To top it off, I needed a simple Health Certificate to take one dog to Mexico on a trip. For a boilerplate health cert they charged me $385! That was just for the certificate. Exam was a separate fee. I was in shock. When I asked, Why so much? Answer, “Corporate dictates the prices.” Heck with corporate. I switched to another vet. All good, and I will never return to this vet.

Medford Animal Hospital is fantastic. We started with them when we got our newest puppy who is now 2 1/2 . They are always available with courteous, friendly staff. We have recommended them to neighbors and friends with pets and will continue to do so.
Not only are they wonderful but great to have them so close to home.
