Great Compound Pharmacy, friendly, professional and reasonable costs. I've not used a compound pharmacy before, this place is great!!!

My family had been customers at Lone Pine Drug since they opened, and picked up our medications yesterday with no issues. However today when I tried to call in a refill, I was immediately routed to Walgreens. I was confused, but able to find a different number to reach them. The lady that answered informed me that they had in fact been sold to Walgreens, all prescriptions had been forwarded to them (with the exception of compounds) and that we should get a letter in the mail in the next few days to notify us. (?!)A heads up would of been nice so we could have made plans as to where our medications were sent. Instead, our families prescriptions were sent to Walgreens, who doesn't even accept our insurance. So now I have 1 day to find a new pharmacy that will fill my daughters medication before the weekend, and I have to call 4 different doctors to figure out which pharmacy can fill different family members auto refill medications. As for being an "abrupt transition" they sure did get their phone number and webpage changed quick! This was an absolutely awful way to end their relationship with their customers, and there had to have been a better way to handle this. I use to recommend Lone Pine Drug to everyone, but after this, I won't be recommend their compounding services to anyone. Highly disappointed.

It’s disheartening to see a new local pharmacy drop all of their retail clients without notice and change their phone number and have the calls forwarded to Walgreens. There was no warning, no notices, no words within days of them closing this service. Sadly, many customers are now left to figure out where there prescriptions are, if they were transferred and start the process all over again with their insurance, etc. Everyone that worked here was always very nice. It’s a shame to see what could’ve been an outstanding business make such a disgraceful judgement call by leaving their established clients in the dust.

Rude Pharmacist! This was my first and last visit here. I went here on the recommendation of my son’s dentist after his procedure because we wanted to get the prescriptions as quickly as possible before any numbing agent wore off. The medicine came in tablets instead of liquid, which is clearly my mistake for not specifying with the dentist. There was an easy solution which I immediately identified (crushing up the tablets in applesauce) but I wanted to check with the pharmacist to make sure this was acceptable with this medication (we have previously encountered a prescription for him that should not be dissolved in food). She was rude and made me feel incompetent and inept for not requesting liquid in the first place and then for asking a foolish question. Then when I asked if we could start the second medication today or if we needed to wait until the morning, she again made me feel like an idiot and told me to “just follow the directions.” I requested a pharmacy consult because I wanted to make sure! It was 2:00pm and I thought maybe he shouldn’t wait another 18 hours! There are many prescriptions that work that way. She was holy unprofessional, and I will never return to the pharmacy. Ever.

We’ve been going to Lone Pine since we moved here 4 years ago and have been very happy until today. We show up needing a refill with a sign in the window saying Walgreens was handling all of their prescriptions from now on. I can’t believe they didn’t have the courtesy to inform loyal customers in advance of the change. My husband stood in line at Walgreens today with many other of your disappointed customers.

Been with Lone Pine since they opened. They now have signs on the door saying they are closed and your information has been transferred to Walgreens. I just called yesterday to check if my Rx was ready. I told them I would be in the next morning when they opened. I should have been told they were closing so I could have picked it up. Now I have to deal with Walgreens and I'm not happy. I would have expected better from Lone Pine.

The new transition was VERY poorly done. There was no notice to customers and when I called for a refill, I was auto directed by phone to Walgreens. Since when? Upon finally talking with someone, 15 minutes later, customer service knew nothing. We are seriously disappointed as long term customers. I was there a few days ago for a prescription and nothing was said. I call three days later and now this. Frustrating as a customer.

Why do you even have phones?! I have called 8 times in the last 2 weeks and not even once did I make it to a real person. Just endless hold until the call ends.

Wonderful, locally owned pharmacy. They go out of their way to make sure my medication needs are met. Friendly helpful staff, they answer their phones or get back to you right away if they can’t. Lone Pine Drug is phenomenal!

In a dark world of corporate pharmacies that don't care at all, Lone Pine Drug is a shining beacon of independence and kindness. When my mom moved to senior living near Lone Pine, we were delighted to learn that they deliver meds to residents of her building after work, everyday. Who does that anymore?! Lone Pine Drug does. Rockstars!!!!

I have used this pharmacy for years but I am not sure what has happen lately. You cannot get through on the phone and when you do the staff is rude and incompetent. They delayed filling a prescription making it expired once they got around to it and then needed to contact the doctors office, which never responds but when confronted about the date I called the refill in they outright lied. I will NEVER use them again and will NEVER recommend this pharmacy.

I witnessed the staff being short and rude to a customer that had dropped off her prescription Monday and was picking up Friday at 5pm. Still not ready. They are closed weekends. The staff interrupted her saying, They were not done talking. My ointment I was picking up was very high in price compared to other pharmacy's. I didn't know this until after I picked this up and checked with others around town. Only reason I was there is my doctor called it in to Lone Pine saying they would have the item in stock. The item needed to be ordered and I had to wait anyway. I will never go back here again and will ask my doctor to never send anything there for me again.
