My car was misdiagnosed at MilleR Auto which I had to pay for the misdiagnosis. I am really glad I didn’t let them do the wrong work in my car. It wasn’t easy to figure out the REAL issue but Todd was able to and at a very very fair price - he really worked hard and smart to do a major repair and my old car is running like brand new. He is busy so expect longer wait times on your car and that seems to be the issue with a lot of the reviews.

To insult Todd or Lockwood is fn sacrilegious they have been a stable of this community for years and he has helped me when I've lost everything my parents my home and has helped me with every truck I have ever owned and I can say without a doubt Todd is no liar nor a bad man andknows most of everyone in this town by name he even knew my truck was broken down not even a few days ago and that I had a job interview to make it to and I have an aunt and uncle that our in poor health that had to give me help too just to get my new job but todd promised to make it run before my job and he did and he employs the best workers ex army desert stom fighters he is well known in this town a local shop owner like so many ....Todd your a great man and I thank God for you as do many others I guarantee.....and if your car was wronged then I hate to say it iam sorry but there had to be some out of this world problem.....cause Todd and his team always come through.....medford deserves nothing butt the best and that's Todd at lockwoods automotive....

Probably the worst shop I have ever been to. Spent around 3k and the problem wasn’t fixed. Tammy, the female receptionist is absolutely terrible at her job, and insanely rude. I have read other reviews and they have the same issues. Starting with Tammy and her issues, then Todd being an absolute liar. Seriously, fire her because she is horrific, even through a phone. I brought my truck in for grinding within my clutch, and a diesel leak from one of the lines. They replaced brakes and some front end stuff, the leak, and the grinding issue. When I got my truck back the leak was never fixed, and the grinding was still occurring, they had me drive back out from Ashland to Medford, to “look at it” they proceeded to drive it for less than 5 minutes and told me “they didn’t hear anything.” I asked them to either go further, or ride with me because it was grinding like crazy, and of course the receptionist told me they didn’t have the “time.” And to basically F off, she then proceeded to hang up on me after spending thousands of dollars there. I have now made sure to have the time to tell every person I can in the valley that this place is a scam and to never step foot in this shop, unfortunately others I have talked to already had bad experiences here as well. Reading other reviews it might be worth it to get a legality team involved into this situation.

Best shop in medford the owner is absolutely well respected and a stand up guy treats everyone equally and always always does quality work I will always always go to his shop for car repairs there isn't a better place to leave your car and have peace of mind about it

Todd is straightforward and honest and does great work quickly. My alternator gave out, and I needed my car back quickly as I travel for work. I dropped it off after hours, and Todd took care of it the following morning. He knows the typical issues that certain makes and models have and can get you back on the road in no time.

Worst auto repair shop I have been to by far. 6 months and they still have not fixed my air conditioner. I payed them 500 dollars for nothing and i am just tired of their excuses so I would not recommend this place to anyone
