Don’t answer phones when you do call, when you say you’re open you are not!! Face to face instead of peeking out the window is better customer service. Saying hi even better.Thanks for the inconvenience Saturday and the disappointment for this Sunday. Fix your hours and days of operations.

Wonderful storage facility, easy access, fair prices. Beware about interacting with their district manager, approach with care and make sure you are wearing your mask. Make sure your speech is clear and distinct.

I signed up for a RV parking spot in the evening and then realized the site was not big enough to extend the slides while the vehicle was parked there, so I called mid day the very next day to cancel my reservation, only to be told that they don't refund space rent and the contract states that you can't open the slides or do any maintenance on your RV while it is parked there. Extremely unhelpful and dismissive attitude from the employee over the phone. Super glad I decided not to store my RV there. Spaces are tight and all the other RV's and vehicles there appeared quite old and in disrepair. Definitely not worth $75 per month they are charging!
