Very disheartened, I have taken my car into the maintenance dept. 4 times to have my hatch looked at, on all occasions I was dismissed and told that I was doing something wrong, asked if I had followed suggested steps to reset, and basically told this was my problem. On the 5th time taking my car in they had it for maybe 40 minutes called me and told ild me it was a faulty hatch latch! This would cost me over $1000 to fix and replace! I reminded the person that I have extended warranty coverage, and was then told it would be $300+ to fix! after a year of going back and forth, as I am from out if the town, I was finally able to get the hatch fixed, my husband wanted me to get the replacement part from them, and it was an electrical component. Amazingly not a hatch latch, and to compound my lack of trust in these people, this was something that had been discussed on numerous occasions of me taking my car in. Not impressed, would not deal with this specific dealership again. If needing to deal with a Nissan dealership in future will go somewhere else! Shaddy and bad business practices. Dropped my truck off the afternoon before my morning appointment and got it back same evening. Always communicate well and get me scheduled quickly for any issues I might have.

It's all about great leadership. From management all the way to the sales and service provided by the leadership at Medford Nissan is off-the-charts amazing. I have had more than my share of trouble with my car. It jumps into neutral when you're going 70 Miles per hour I took it in To get looked at, they told me there's nothing wrong with it now, my battery Dies All they tell me is to have it towed. I finally get my son-in-law to look at it. And he tells me that the cables to the battery are loose This is so frustrating, my car is new. It's not even 8 months old, and I've had so much trouble with it. What scares me is when my car jumped into neutral I had my grandbabies in the car And we are on the freeway

If i could give less than one start I would!My most recent experience with the medford Nissan service team was below par. My car is about 8 months old and I've been having some minor issues. I spoke with Ron multiple time regarding this issues with out a resolution. He completely disregard my concers. Once I took my car in to get looked at, the tech fialed to notice my battery was loose which caused sporatic messages on my dash and my car to die in the middle of the freeway. I reached out to the Nissan team for the 3rd time in hopes to get guidance. To only be dismissed once again. I highly discouraged anyone from purchasing a car from them if this is the service they provide.

Traded in a Nissan NV200 Freebird Conversion Van. I thought I was getting a fair deal until they listed my trade in on their website for 20 thousand dollars more than what they gave me!!! Their list price is 10 thousand over what I paid for it brand new!!! I called Kaylen, the sales manager and the one I dealt with all along and with whom we were in the process of buying another car from and when I told him we were no longer going to do business with him, he just said ok without even asking why. Even after his heartless response, I did tell him why (that I had seen the website etc) and he still did not care that he has a very unhappy customer and that he lost another deal.

Definitely did not expect to bring home a new car when I came in to get a recall fixed. I will definitely be going back when I need another vehicle for my family and I will be bringing my sister when she finally wants a new car. Only place I will go to get cars now. The experience was amazing.

I wanted a diagnostic on my engine, because it is burning oil, and all they told me was they "looked for leaks and couldn't find any and to put a new engine in". I already knew it wasn't leaking oil. They didn't even look to see if it had anything to do with emissions or catalytic converter. They wanted a separate diagnostic fee to look into that. I feel like they charged me a bunch of money and did not give me any information that I already didn't know.

I highly recommend going here for your daughter, son or any family member because they will take care of them without a doubt. Being nervous my daughter buying her first car and seeing if they treated her right. They went beyond that and listen to her wants and concerns which going to a few dealers did not experience that. Samuel was super nice and after she bought her car sat with her and showed her all the features. Very patient and so nice. Beyond 5 star ratings ty!!!

Pulled up to look at a cool car and to browse the lot really quick for the car we wanted. walked away with an amazing deal. Had the GM come and talk to me personally. I trusted him instantly and didn’t feel like he was trying to pull any games on me and was more than fair and honest.

We worked with Caelin the GM, Jacob Peterson, and Andrew in finance. Beyond impressed with their honesty, helpfulness, and overall trustworthiness. I felt immediately comfortable working with them and I’d been at dealers all day already. We weren’t even going to stop originally if not for their new Z. But I briefly told the manager what I was looking for in casual conversation over the Z and he said we just took one in let’s go take a look. It was meant to be cause it was exactly what we wanted. If you want people that know their inventory aren’t trying to price gouge you and aren’t trying to sell you something you don’t want then Nissan is your spot. Walked away with a great comfortable feeling.

Awesome people. Salesman to GSM to FM to GM. No pressure, great deal,car I wanted, quickly procured, I love it! Our 8th Nissan, 6 from this dealership. Great cars, generally less than Honda or Toyota. Have had both, my Nissan's performed better & had more options that I wanted, cost less than similar cars. Highly recommend Nissan & this dealership!
