This company is one of the worst I've ever had to deal with. I've had countless issues with one of their dealers and their lack of no response is sad. I would encourage everyone to stay away from this company, unless you enjoy being treated poorly. Time to hand them off to the DOJ to be investigated for consumer protection.

Worst customer service. Sold us a lemon of a jeep knowing it had issues. They pretended to fix things and get it back to us. Now the jeep is dead and they said it's not their fault. These people will rob you with a smile then laugh at you when you call them on it.

Awful. I've been lied to outright and repeatedly by multiple Lithia dealerships. Have had my calls and emails ignored by their online Driveway staff. The entire Lithia network is rotten, with greedy, lying children in their employ.

Lithia is trash now there customer service department is horrible. The service department claimed over $10K in repairs from
My warranty company. Maxed out my contract and come to find out didn’t even replace the parts they were paid for. They also lost my keys and have in wiring they will cover all cost. I went back to talk with service manager and GM and was kicked out of the store for being rude. You ripped me off and expect me to come at you with a smile. Contacted corporate and there just as bad never answer or call back have called several time left
Multiple voicemails and emails and nothing. Do Not Trust these scum bags they will take all your money and kick you out once they realize they can’t get anymore money from you. I gues can call it the Lithia Ponzy Scheme. Still waiting on a call back from the CEO of the company if they have any care about customer experience or
Core value in there company they should pick up the phone and call me so we can get this resolved.

If I could give this company a zero I would. Lithia sucks. They don't care about customers or their workers. They are horrible and terribly unprofessional and terribly unhelpful.

Customer service at the Bend OR location is barely service. I stood in that location for over 20 mins and not a single person tried to help me. I fi ally tracked someone down. I was there to pick up a car from the service department and I had a few questions
Mikayla was "helping" us and everytime I asked a question she got more and more rude with her response. Her answers were contradicting to themselves, which led to more questions and a very unprofessional interaction. And that is just the tip of the ice berg.

Your Bend location needs an overhaul on your service department. Rudest most unprofessional staff I have ever dealt with. Mikaela to be exact needs some more training on how to speak to customers.

they are TERRIBLE, blew a brand new 22 motor 4 weeks after i bought the car, they said good luck not our problem and put me off to the manufacture to settle it by myself.

Worse experience ever .. purchased car online and on pictures looks nice (no close pictures ) its like photoshoped and looks nice .. when delivered car was f@&ched up alot of plastic trims inside missing and outside too .. alot of noiseninside while driving since trims missing .. transmission has issues when driving .. carpets all over oily like been used to haul away machines lower arm control and suspensions all need replaced .. just couldnt look at the vehicle .. i returned it and been charged also for shipping back and forth .. what a waste of time and money

Purchased a vehicle in June at the Honda dealership in Salem. It is now 4 months later still no registration and according to DMV I cannot get this vehicle registered in my name, due to the fact that dealership paperwork needed has not been submitted to DMV. I spoke with them in early August about the situation. First they told me I was wrong. Then after about and hour, was told "Oh, your right!" I was assured it was going to be taken care of. Well........ it's NOT. Spoke with Staff (S.J) again this last Saturday. Seemed to be no big deal. And got an '"OH well" I'm sure nothing has been done as of yet. He gave me a piece of paper that looks like it is from DMV in August, but guess what. It came from their VITU software. Not DMV..... I have been a Lithia customer for over 30 years. Bought my first vehicle as a teenager ther and all my vehicles since then. Guess that time is over. I will No longer be purchasing my vehicles from Lithia. They obviously don't care about their customers. So at this point. Once the tags expire. I will have an expensive driveway ornament. So sad. Lithia was once a great company and had great staff at their dealerships that truely cared for their customers and made sure they had great experiences when purchasing vehicles.

The absolute worst car buying experience of my life. And it is absolutely impossible to speak with anyone or get assistance when you run into issues. I sent emails, made phone calls, filled out online forms, did online chats, even mailed a letter. Customer service is entirely lacking.
