I would have appreciated knowing sooner than I found out that it was going to take longer with the computer diagnostics and communicating with VW on the issue. I would have had my husband pick me up much earlier. Other that that, the communication that did take place was helpful.

Jeremy, the finance manager went over and beyond in customer service by answering multiple questions as I evaluated a lease plan for the ID4. He even set up a pick up at the bus depot. Brian, the new sales manager, followed up by phone to see how things were going the week following my lease agreement. By far, the best experience I’ve had with a car dealership!

My salesperson Kathryn Roe was wonderful. She didn’t waiste any time and was at the same time Clear and helpful.The finances were handled great!When I was ready to leave Kathryn and other employees jumped in and set up my towing system so I could tow my kids car back to them.Great team and people!

Only positive things to say. Had arranged the deal online - quick response from dealer rep. No games. Arrived after 3hr drive to dealer to see and test drive the vehicle which was waiting and ready to go. Friendly salesperson met us, answered all questions competently before and during the test drive and courteously helped us complete paperwork which matched what I'd agreed to online. The finance rep was personable, not pushy, and straightforward in his work of closing the deal, and title application papers. I am a happy customer of Medford VW and would buy there again.

Worst car buying experience ever. Salesman ran my credit and didn't provide any info or a car fax before hand. Car ended up having a reported accident on the front end and a failed emissions inspection and they still wouldn't even budge a thousand dollars on the price. Highly do not recommend buying here.

I hate car shopping/buying but the team at Medford Volkswagen made the process extremely efficient and pleasant! They went above and beyond to make sure I got the vehicle I wanted. They showed clear communication from start to finish and I cannot recommend them enough! They’ve created a lifelong customer based on the experience I had.

Wow! Best car buying experience in my life. Kathryn knows ID.4 and EVs forwards and backwards and sideways. There wasn’t one question she didn’t have a ready answer for. Everything was smooth and professional from beginning to end. Would buy again :-)

We were going to buy a used Honda civic from them with a price of $12500, agreed on by the salesman and finance guy Jeremy. When we came back to do paperwork, they said they were losing money on the car and now the total is over $15,000 which includes a 2 year warranty and fees. they say we must buy the warranty because they can't sell it for any less? My husband was very upset and said we aren't buying this car, and we left. It turns out, that is illegal to force you to buy the warranty. it should be an option, not added to the price of the car because "they are losing money". I am in shock, sad and dismayed that a LITHIA dealer would do this to people. What a terrible experience. Get your sale price in writing, then do the paintwork. These guys are shady AF.

Easily one of the easiest car purchasing experiences we have ever had. Johnny our sales rep was kind, personable, low pressure and together with the finance manager was able to negotiate a fair deal. I'd definitely recommend them for your next purchase! Great dealership w great people!
