We came in for a Recall and was pleasantly surprised that it did not take the 4-5 hours as quoted. We were out within 3 hours and able to have enough time to do some running around Medford and make it back to Grants Pass for a doctor's appointment.

I recently visited Lithia Honda in Medford and was deeply disappointed. Misleading information over the phone led me to a lengthy and fruitless visit. The staff kept implying other interest in the car I wanted and made an unreasonably low offer for my trade-in. The overall lack of professionalism and respect was stark. This experience was not only frustrating but also a clear deviation from expected customer service standards.

I had the best experience ever here thanks to Colton. This was my first time buying a car and he was so helpful and patient. He spent 2 days with me going over every question I had as many times as I needed. He is extremely knowledgeable about the inventory available and found the perfect car for me in my budget. I cannot express enough how wonderful Colton made this experience for me. He is a genuinely good man and cares about his customers like family. I highly recommend coming here and asking for him. Gavin was also wonderful with the finalizing of everything and helped me with a great warranty. Thank you to everyone here that made this so easy and stress free.

I have purchased many vehicles from Lithia Honda over the last 18 years. I had nothing but a great experience from start to finish on my most recent purchase. Received great service without high pressure, it was very relaxed. I would recommend going and working with Colton and Matt. They are stand up guys. Mark and Kevin have always been great to work with too. I would recommend them to anyone.

Bought a used 2020 Honda pilot and have had issues since the start. Was told to bring in the vehicle ANYTIME and they would fix it. Went on Saturday only to be told the HONDA dealer doesn’t have HONDA techs on Saturday. Told “they should have said any day but Saturday” I live an hour away so made a 2 hour trip with parts falling off my vehicle for nothing. Emailed the GM and received no response. I can’t help but wonder what kind of techs are there on saturdays??? Ford???

My husband and I were traveling to Clackamas OR and had a wheel bearing and hub go out on our Honda CRV. Having no apportionment and just showing up on a Saturday morning to boot, Steve Laybourne (service advisor) and Sam S. (Service tech/mechanic) recognized the severity of my problem, knew I needed to get back on the road, and sprang into action to get me fixed up and going again. They also put up with my mental breakdown at the service desk with so much compassion and understanding. Please thank them for me and award their service, professional, kindness and compassion during this otherwise difficult situation. We live in Arkansas and we’re obviously a long way from home and they were very accommodating and extremely helpful and that means the world to me and my family. Oh and Sam did an amazing job repairing my car and it is working perfectly!!!!

I bought a used F350 truck, after getting it home discovered there was some damage to front fender. Brought it back to have there body shop look at it. Was told it would would cost between 1,500 and 2,000, and I would be responsible for half!!!Had I known about the damage and I would be responsible to pay half I would have made a better deal with them! Being a small business owner I would make a situation like this rite!

My boyfriend and I recently took our truck in to have it detailed. We had won a detail gift certificate at an awesome non-profit auction for David’s Chair. The guy & gal who helped him at Lithia Honda were great. The truck came back looking amazing! The crew who detailed it went above and beyond. Thank you for doing such a stellar job and for donating to a great non-profit!

We had the most amazing buying experience yesterday at Lithia Honda in Medford!To be honest we were a bit nervous about going into the buying process after having a not so great experience at a different dealership with our last purchase but everything about the transaction was great. Billy who assisted us in the sale was easy to work with regarding our trade in and truly worked with us regarding our situation and what we were wanting to leave with. Gavin, who did our financing, took the time to explain to us what each charge was and gave us a breakdown of of our payments and what to expect. It was such a breath of fresh air and we cannot recommend them enough!!! We are so happy in our new (to us) Dodge Ram!!!! Thank you such much Billy and Gavin and everyone at Lithia Honda!!

Recently tried to see my vehicle to but through a KBB Instant offer voucher. I was given an email stating that "I could consider my vehicle sold!" To lithia I imagine. Mind you before you get an offer, you most give proper information and truthfully in FULL detail, mileage and all which I did so to the T through their very thorough inspection and review process. I made the call to Lithia, spoke with the representative that sent me the email. Well, the instant cash offer voucher is a smooth load of something foul. I was definitely given a runaround on how they could now only take less than half of the original offer. I'm still baffled. My car is actually nice, runs, no body damage nor paint, overheating problem fixed with receipt and aftermarket parts. If they intended on buying it for the price they offer after the call, the the hell was the voucher for? False advertising? I'm not sure but I know I never deal with Lithia Honda ever again. Off putting to say the least. The voucher thing is just too confusing and or a lie. Anyways, thanks for the experience and you actually do learn something new everyday. The Sales staff were helpful and answered any question immediately. Texted me pictures of the cars, the stickers and the carmax information. I was very pleased and felt that I had an honest deal.

I don’t recommend the service at Honda at all. Seems like each time I call I never get a response back until a week later. I called twice to schedule for two previous recalls on my Honda CR-V and have had to physically go to the office in order for them to see it. Due to them not calling me back. I wish I never purchased my car at this dealership.

I give them zero stars. Online sales are terrible. I had an appointment and a car picked out. I did this because I live two hours away and took a day off work to get the car. I called ahead to let them know I was going to be late because I have integrity and I respect other people's time. They informed me that they sold the car I made the appointment to purchase.I think they pulled a bait and switch. I knew that they were going to try to sell me a more expensive car and they did try just that. The guy fed me a line that the car I wanted was unreliable because it was made by Fiat. If I'm not mistaken Fiat is a world renowned company with over 100 years of car production history. More over the fact that they sold the car to someone reads that it was worth buying. I feel cheated and jerked around. Also, in this modern age of computing I would hope that they know their own online shopping system well enough to keep something like this from happening. I knew immediately that I was not important to them as a customer. The air of the place was hollow just like the deal they offered me. I'm not here to tell you what to do but for myself I will not shop for a car anywhere in Medford let alone Lithia Honda in Medford. By the way the car I was ready to buy, the one they sold in the morning before my 2:30 afternoon appointment that I made the day before, it's still listed for sale on their website. It is listed as an automatic but clearly it is a standard when you zoom in on the picture of the interior...shady
