Trevis Burns did an amazing job fixing the locks on my 2023 Chrysler Pacifica. It’s rare to find good service these days. Trevis was very polite, informative and fixed the locks on my vehicle in a timely manner. I highly recommend him!

Took my new vehicle in for first oil change and Todd in service is amazing. I have used this dealership for all my services on my prior vehicle. Todd in service is reason I purchased my new vehicle from this dealership knowing all needs would be met with a sense of urgency and professionalism.

3.5 hours for an oil change seems a bit long especially when I look in the bay and total there are 3 others in line...advisor said she would call when finished, I never got a call, I think the cell phone in her hand held more importance than the customer standing in front of her. When I arrived 4 hours later and saw my truck in the parking lot...still no call from her....I walk in, she sees me, puts down her cell phone and asks me why I'm there. I tell her and she act confused for a moment then said..oh, I was just about to call you!

This is a Horrible dealership. I went looking for a vehicle in 2014 and the salesman was so bad, I went across the street and bought a honda. Which is still running well. In 2020 I bought a Dodge Ram truck from a small Lithia dealership near me, but changed my service location to Lithia Medford, because it has a bigger service department.My first disaster with the Ram came with due to a manufacturing issue with the oil journals in the cranck area, my truck's engine disintergrated at 13K miles. I was towed into Medford Lithia Dodge. I was stranded 120 miles from my home. Litha Dodge did nothing to help, even though, this is a reoccurring problem with Dodge Ram trucks.Then I was told that it would be 2 weeks before anyone could even look at the truck and it would be AT LEAST, 2 months before the problem (engine replacement, since it was clear there were big problems with the engine) could be fixed. I did manage to put enough pressure on the service department to get the problem identified in the next few days.That still left me with 2 months without a vehicle I was paying for. Medford Lithia Dodge did nothing to assist me and advised me to to to Chrysler Customer Care. That is another nightmare entirely.To make a longer story shorter, I will leave out the year+ of lemon law legalities, which are yet another nightmare as Dodge Corp spends many thousands of dollars for their lawyers to battle doing the right thing by its loyal Dodge customer.That brings me to the present 11-2023. I was nothifed by letter by Dodge that there might be a leakage problem aroud the high center stop light on my truck and that is there was water sating to the headliner of my truck, Dodge would fix it.I began making calls, trying to schedule the service. I began with 2 calls to humans and one chat with the robot. all assured me that some one would contact me. I was never contacted. On the weekend, I went to Medford Lithia Dodge in personand stood in front of the service person in charge and asked to make the appointment. I was told that he was not able to help me. That the person who did this, Bricetyn Weathers was off on the weekend. he did give me Bricetyn's card with his direct number and sent me 120 miles back home.On Monday morning, I called Medford Lithia Dodge to Bristyn's direct number and got his answering machine. I left me message and waited for his return call. 4 hours later I tried again to call Lithia Dodge's representative, Bricetyn Weathers, and left anthother, more insistant messege. An hour passed and I decided to call Dodge Corp Customer Complaint number and was handed off to Chrysler Customer Care.The representative at Chrysler Customer Care was finally able to transfer my call to a Reperesentative at Medford Lithia Dodge, who was NOT Bricetyn Weathers, and they were able to finally schedule my truck to be looked at for the needed repair, in a little less than a month. That is where I am at today 12-12-2023.My advice.. Do NOT buy from Medford Lithia Dodge, they are a horrible dealership. Thanks for your time in reading this rather long review.

The people were really nice but the 3 hour wait to get am oil change was a bit long when there was only 2 vehicles ahead of us and waiting on someone to get back from lunch

Great experience!! Todd is a wonderful service writer... and he cares greatly for the customer! I appreciate him very much, and his efforts to do his best and see that the mechanics do their best as well.I did call Friday late afternoon and left a message that my "engine light" is still lit. (Still on). I'm not sure if he can get his messages on Sat. but I'm sure he will call me on Monday.Frank R Dodge

If you're going to buy a Jeep I suggest buying it from Bend, Grants Pass or Roseburg lithia because Medford lithia raises their prices. I found a Jeep that I wanted and it was at Roseburg lithia they marked it as sold and were going to hold it for me then Medford lithia bought it from them. I went to see how much it was and they raised the price from $98000 to a $120000. Corey at grant's pass Was excellent but unfortunately the Jeep that I wanted was not at his dealership and was at the bend dealership. I was very pleased with the bend Lithia they treated me well. I won't even take my Jeep to Medford lithia Jeep dealership to have the oil changed I will take it to the Toyota dealership.

Very disappointed with the service department now. They used to be wonderful and I have always used them. The last couple times I went in for oil change or recall there are all new people and none of them know what is going on. Sat for 3 hours for an oil change about 4 months ago. Last week I spoke to 3 different people regarding a recall that I have. Finally was told that I had to bring my vehicle in for an inspection before they could order the parts. I was told where to come and I would be out in about 30 minutes if I came in early when they open at 7:00. Showed up early, the first person stated at her computer for several minutes then proceeded to tell me they don't do that and pointed for me to go across the lobby. The second person took forever to find me in the system then told me I would have to leave it all day. I talked him down to 2 hours. Then he told me he would give my order to the tech when he came in (not until 8:30). I asked why I was told to come in at 7:00 and he had no idea. Also told me I could no longer get a loaner car since they don't offer it any longer. After being told different things by a total of 5 people, I finally had enough took my key back and left. I found another Lithia that has offered me outstanding customer service and they are knowledgeable. Needless to say I will not go back to the Medford location nor will I recommend them to anyone. This was a short version of my horrible experience in Medford.

We were traveling through and had a problem with our 4WD. They got us right in and were able to resolve the problem right away. Truck was done in an hour.The employees in service were very kind and helpful.

We took our van in for a recall service, we were promptly waited on, they were able to fit us in. The waiting area is clean with comfortable sofas and chairs. We got great and courteous service from the service manager. Water, coffee, tea and hot chocolate were provided for customers. I have only great things to say about my experience. Not only did everything go smooth but the service manager was fantastic. Once everything was finished, I couldn't pick my truck up until after they were already closed and they made accommodations to ensure I would still be able to get my vehicle.

It took a long time for Dodge to get the recalled fuel pump sent my 3500 Dodge pick- up ,,, but once it was here the service department installed it in 1 day... thank you very much Lithia
