If you're going to buy a Jeep I suggest buying it from Bend, Grants Pass or Roseburg lithia because Medford lithia raises their prices. I found a Jeep that I wanted and it was at Roseburg lithia they marked it as sold and were going to hold it for me then Medford lithia bought it from them. I went to see how much it was and they raised the price from $98000 to a $120000. Corey at grant's pass Was excellent but unfortunately the Jeep that I wanted was not at his dealership and was at the bend dealership. I was very pleased with the bend Lithia they treated me well. I won't even take my Jeep to Medford lithia Jeep dealership to have the oil changed I will take it to the Toyota dealership.

Absolute WORST customer service. I bought a car this year and got the warranty, decided we are going to sell the car due to it was my sons car and he is being stationed in Germany. I cancelled the warranty September 21, was told it can take up to 6 weeks. Messaged Thomas in finance and inquired after 6 weeks, he then changes his story to it can take up to 8 weeks. We are now almost to week 9, and he won’t return or contact, after MULTIPLE emails. Unprofessional if I must say. I have bought my last 5 cars hear and each time service is just getting worse. I will have to take it to corporate.

Very disappointed with the service department now. They used to be wonderful and I have always used them. The last couple times I went in for oil change or recall there are all new people and none of them know what is going on. Sat for 3 hours for an oil change about 4 months ago. Last week I spoke to 3 different people regarding a recall that I have. Finally was told that I had to bring my vehicle in for an inspection before they could order the parts. I was told where to come and I would be out in about 30 minutes if I came in early when they open at 7:00. Showed up early, the first person stated at her computer for several minutes then proceeded to tell me they don't do that and pointed for me to go across the lobby. The second person took forever to find me in the system then told me I would have to leave it all day. I talked him down to 2 hours. Then he told me he would give my order to the tech when he came in (not until 8:30). I asked why I was told to come in at 7:00 and he had no idea. Also told me I could no longer get a loaner car since they don't offer it any longer. After being told different things by a total of 5 people, I finally had enough took my key back and left. I found another Lithia that has offered me outstanding customer service and they are knowledgeable. Needless to say I will not go back to the Medford location nor will I recommend them to anyone. This was a short version of my horrible experience in Medford.

Was looking at a 2010 f350. David Gross picked me up from my home and drove me there. Him and the general manager really where professional and friendly. Carloan. Com connected me with this establishment after my application was approved. Well they where not able to find a bank to finance me, but I have to say I was really pleased with the professionalism and not being pushy. I truly thank them for the Effort.

Thank you Maverick and Walton my daughter and I love our new car. I went in to get a cheap car to raise my credit by paying it off and then trading it in. Because of their time and attention I was able to get approved for a 2019 car! It has everything we were looking for. We love it. Thanks for taking extra time with us to get the best car!

Near-perfect experience. Started purchase of new 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited online. Dealt with Brittany both online and in person at the dealership. Jeep was all polished and sitting on the showroom floor. Me and my wife signed papers with Justin S. and drove home. In my 54 years of buying cars and trucks this was the most pleasant experience yet. Even the Manager came and chit-chated with me. Kudos to all who were so friendly and helpful.

Request, no…DEMAND Michelle! She was absolutely fantastic. She took her time with me and my picky questions and never once made me feel pressured. Once I made my decision, she was quick, efficient and thorough. I’m completely in love with my car, but next time I need an upgrade I’ll be seeing her!

We were greeted by Myles Boynton, who made us feel comfortable and who guided us through the available trucks there. I must say that this was our best car shopping experience ever. The salesman was very informative and he was answering every question of ours patiently.

If I could leave a higher star rating I would. I am in Tennessee and have an elderly Great Aunt and Uncle in Oregon who were already messed over by one dealer, so they enlisted my help to find a good deal on a great van. Justin was so understanding and patient with me for 3 days while I went back and forth with him to get what I felt they needed out of the deal and Marco and Joey were the best type of humans you could ever hope for in a salesperson. From meeting them at the gas station and having them follow him back to the dealer to make sure they don't get lost, walking them through the whole deal, and offering to drive the Uhaul to the local Uhaul so they could drive their new van. I work in a dealer and have a hard time trusting other dealers. When I say this place is beyond trustworthy, honest, and genuine, it is a complete understatement. I would recommend them to anyone!

I had a great experience at Lithia. My salesman Joey was very knowledgeable and honest. The finance person Brent was easy to work with. Even some assistance from Dave, a long time employee. I finally remembered why I recognized Dave, I bought a van from him over 25 years ago! Excellent team work! I love my Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland!

Bought a used truck 40k miles , it was nice but so many Headaches just to get it . Was supposed to be delivered, was not . I went in to pick it up , barely got that accomplished after a couple hours . Finance department charged double , fixed a couple days later but still time I had to go in . While getting the second key , we find out that there is a recall on the truck since December even though they said there were none a day before. Post signing papers I have spent over 3 hours here trying to get things right. They did offer gas and a few fixes but what a headache. Seems as though there is no communication from person to person or department to department. Don't think I will go through this dealership again.

Not at all happy with oil change service department. Always a long wait, sometimes for the whole day. Went last Saturday morning and they were closed. Went to the Lithia Honda dealer and they said not too good things about the Jeep Service department, in fact very negative...like this review. Since I have free oil changes, I have to use the Jeep dealer, but it really is a pain in the a**!
