Took my car in for an oil change in the process they broke something lied to me saying it would be done the next day no customer service at all nor do they answer there phone calls

Amazing experience! Alberto helped me out on a trade-in and purchase of a new Ram 2500. They stayed far past closing time to ensure I got the deal I wanted. Brittany was amazing and very funny!

We waited 20 min for a salesman to approach us. Finally a computer sales man assisted us. Guess it was too hot to help a customer. MILES came out to assist us. he dropped everything took us on a test drive and had our New car in about 45 min out the door. IF OT WAS NOT FOR MILES we would not have bought our car from Lithia. MILES Will get all our buisness from now on. Thank MILES

The salesman, Branden was exceptional in his communication, knowledge in the vehicles on the lot. He took me directly to the vehicle perfect for me after discussing my needs. Branden was very accomodating and stayed with me through the whole purchase process. Great personable guys at this dealership.

Was looking to sell my vehicle. They contacted me, and I had a kbb offer for $12,520. Because the ac needs a recharge, they offered $2,800. Other than that, the people were very attentive and kind, very friendly and down to earth.
