This review is ONLY in regard to the policy regarding the battery. I purchased a 2018 Nissan Altima in 2019. It was previously owned by the Nissan dealership and used as a loaner for warranty purposes. It had 2500 miles on the odometer. After only 2 years, the battery failed. Nissan replaced it under warranty. I never had any problems with the battery until now. Approximately 2 years later, it failed again. The Nissan service department is telling me that although the battery has a 4 year warranty, they can not replace it. I will have to spend about $250 for a new battery. Why would anyone spend over $200 for a battery with a 4 year warranty if it could fail after 2 years and not be covered for the remaining 2 years under the warranty???Why don't they just be honest and say that it will probably only last for 2 years and that they won't stand behind the rest of the warranty? Don't get me wrong, I love my car, I just hate the service I've received recently. With the exception of Danny, I am very disappointed with the Nissan service department staff and with their policies.

They marked up the price of a new car by 50% of the MSRP simply because they can. Totally immoral practice (in my opinion).

Routine Service ran over $1,200. Ridiculous.I used to trust dealers to service with the best value. Lithia just cant be trusted. Same level of service on my Toyota at a non Lithia dealer was $400 and included detailing.

Cars for sale at high prices, but they give you low trade in credit, then resale at high prices. They pressure you to buy extended warranty, but refund you Pennie’s on the dollar on the “refundable” warranty. What happened to truth in advertising??

I had my last car for 21 years so I wasn't very familiar with a lot of the new car technology. I stopped at the Honda dealer on two different occasions one because I couldn't figure out my windshield wipers when it was raining and second time I had low tire pressur. In both cases they took care of the situation and I drove out of there in minutes. Thank you Lithia Honda.

I want to warn you all about Medford Nissan. Please stay away from Chip Edwards the General Manager who will eff you. I live in California and have been looking for a Convertible Murano for two years and finally found one at this dealership. I submitted my application and have a 815 fico score so approval was certain. They decided not to run my app because they were too busy. Long story short, the next morning they sold the car under me because someone was there and it was more convenient. Chip called me and told me basically I can run my business the way I want. The salesman never returned my call after multiple texts trying to get an update. Please I encourage you not to deal with these scamsters. Also stay away from Chuck the car salesman. They also have a bad BBB rating for screwing people over.
