My experiences with Lincare now span 6 years of them providing me with my o2 supplies. Over the last 6 years they have always gone out of their way to make sure I have what I need and for that I am eternally grateful! If I happen to miss one of the every other week deliveries, all I've had to do is call them and they have made the effort to supply me with tanks. I highly recommend anyone who may be getting an o2 prescription to choose Lincare as their provider. You won't be disappointed.

Ridiculous. Another half hour on the phone wasted. On hold, nobody answers. Need to order more supplies. My last canula had to be taped. Need to find out if there is any reputable medical services available in our area.

Transferred to 3 different people and phone numbers trying to stop my Cpap supplies from being auto shipped every month (I have an excess). After being placed on hold the last time for over 5 minutes the lady came back on the line to tell me they were too busy today and to try back tomorrow. Horrible customer service!

I have had interactions with three employees, John, Chuck, and TJ. They were all so helpful, informative and thoughtful. I have no reservations in recommending Lincare. And commend these three gentlemen for jobs well done!

I have never had a problem, only when I call in and they don't understand type of tubing it's heated tubing and the one end is different, it plugs in sideways, someone sent a plastic piece, didn't work, otherwise, all is good

Lincare started out very neglectful but much improved to the level that I must give them credit for their consideration and improvement. The two employees I have met are excellent people who are caring, capable and wonderful in every way. They deserve a 5 star rating. Thank you Greg and Laura. I know my health is protected because of you both. I must make clear the original problem never involved either of you. Thank you.

Your drivers are very responsive and helpful and the 5 rating is for their work. Although, getting through to Lincare over the phone system is difficult and not so responsive.
