Very disappointing. Packing was poor boxes arrived crushed. Missing major items that were not delivered. I would not recommend them. Even the team that unpacked my household effects said that it was the worst shipment they had seen.

Pricing was never confirmed until payment was required before furniture was shipped. The movers had our furniture a week before I was notified that up front payment was required. I was previously told that payment was due at time of arrival, not before. The payment amount was nearly $1,000 more than what I was quoted but they already had my furniture. Communication was not good. I kept calling to get an estimated day of arrival but I never got a response until the day before when the driver called to say that the unloading would occur the next day. The company had our furniture for two weeks before delivery which was the last day noted on the contract. I paid top dollar thinking that North American Van Lines was to be trusteed even though lesser companies quoted several thousand dollars less. I will not be using this company in the future.

One of our clients recently made a point of letting me know what a great job Lile Moving & Storage did for her family during their cross-country move. Lile handled packing and moving, and everything arrived safely and on time. Our client particularly liked how transparent Lile's estimators were, and the fact that everything happened when and how they said it would. I'm now referring Lile Moving to other clients. Moving is expensive, and you want to know the people you are working with are honest and reliable.

Lile Moving and Storage was the first relocation company we contacted for our move that provided us with a comprehensive view of moving regulations and protections for customers! Ray Gamez was our associate and he was very professional and knowledgeable, and gave us some excellent advice. His assessment of our move was nearly spot on! Everyone associated with Lile was very easy to work with. HIGHLY recommend!!

I wish I had read more reviews prior to hiring. I moved in March 2023, a total of 300 miles. The initial evaluation and Bid seemed very thorough & included eval. of my home, garage, shed and yard. Questions were answered and I hired them for all the packing I couldn’t to do on my own for health reasons. I was assured two days of services including ANY and ALL packing I had left to do. On the first day which was a packing day, the 2-3 person crew arrived and began packing. I was also working at the same time in a separate room. It was clear before long that workers were irritated that they were having to do ANY packing and they indicated I was “really behind” since the packing wasn’t completed. In-fighting amongst the workers was noticed as well as unprofessional language. The following day was the day I had to be out completely. I had hired a person to come and clean in the late afternoon. The truck and 2-3 person crew arrived and it was not long before issues occurred. The truck was malfunctioning so another had to be located. Then a crew member didn’t show up and when others showed up it was clear they were not movers. There was a lot of difficulty loading the truck, a lot of discontent among the workers from communication issues about what work they were hired to do and personality conflicts. A blizzard was approaching and it was bone achingly cold but the doors to the house were left open ALL day long. It was miserable. Overall the “actual” crew (couple guys) was pleasant, those lacking experience were irritated. I will leave out the details because there are too many. At the end of the trip and after several hours of driving through a blizzard I arrived to find one half of the load unpacked at the new house -which was agreed upon due to the terrible weather. The Company hired several people locally who also appeared to NOT be movers. This is when the real fun began: All the yard chemicals and dirty stuff from my garden shed was piled in my livingroom,that included black widow spiders and various critters that were on items you’d find in a barn or shed. Outdoor potted plants were on the kitchen countertops, garage boxes were in the house and bedrooms, piled to 5 ft. up, my guitars were under at least 100lb of heavy items including a 7x9 rug that was laid on the very top of the stack on top of my christmas tree and my heavy duty garage shelves were left bare while all the boxes were placed in the garage to a height of 4-6 ft.. One positive: The bed was in a bedroom, the TV stand was in place and TV was stable. EVERY room was a giant Cluster- F…of a mess of boxes that did not even belong there. Once the moving-in was completed I was given the news that they mis-judged the Bid by an amount of 2,000 lbs. and an add’l $2,500.00. To say I was upset is an understatement. I still thanked them for working hard in bad weather etc. but I wanted them OUT -so paid and had a melt-down afterward. As they drove away, I went to the garage to see what they had “done” as a final gesture. I was suspicious that something had been done because they had been very unhappy all day and it was miserable weather on a Friday night. (Somehow that was my fault???) I understood the desire to get home but I couldn’t control the weather or the closing date on my new house or the old one. I was as much a victim as they all felt they were. I looked around the huge mess in the garage and noticed a $1700.00, one-of-a-kind Artisan created ceramic pot, way at the front of the garage in the corner purposely HIDDEN under some other big items. I immediately noticed it had been broken with a big piece missing and not saved in the pot or anywhere around it. The pot had obviously been placed so I would not see the damage. I called them about the BLATANT dishonesty and unprofessionalism and got a “verbal” apology. It has taken me 5 months to calm down enough to write this review. …I gave two stars bc my things actually arrived and a few guys were pleasant. Yippee.

Lile North American Moving & Storage did a great job! We interviewed two other companies besides Lile, but we decided on Lile because they were the most upfront (no hidden costs or unwelcomed surprises), and all arrived intact on a timely basis. The next time we move, we plan to contact Lile again.

I cannot say enough positive things about how smoothly this move went with this company. They were prompt, reliable, extra careful and respectful of our things and these four movers worked like a well oiled machine! It was very impressive and I would use them again in a heartbeat. Not a single glass broken or a furniture scratch to be found. Thanks a million guys........you made this move way less stressful for my elderly parents to move out of state!

Great experience! Contacted Lile for moving help for medical bed delivery. It was short notice but Jim was able to make it happen himself along with another mover and thank goodness they did or the medical bed wouldn’t have gotten delivered due to misinformation from the recipient. They were very professional and was able to find a solution and got the bed in the home! Thanks Jim!
