I’ve waited a long time to write this to see if Mike could make things right. I asked him if he had experience working on something the size of our 3500 high roof Sprinter, he said he had and it should take a few days. We schedule for him to seal the roof seams and Raptor Line it. Even though we communicated through messenger so our needs were clear, there was a miscommunication. Instead of sealing the seams like we talked about he covered the entire steel roof with RV aluminum roof sealant and didn’t paint it. It ended up taking multiple trips back and forth to get the van fully painted over months and we had to purchase more raptor liner. It was an incredibly stressful experience. In the end, he didn’t put the door seals back in correctly, he oversprayed on our driver’s seat, tore a hole in the flooring, lost our license plate and key (he didn’t offer to replace the key). He offered to polish our headlights because of all the issues but didn’t put them back in right so they were loose and the wires were damaged so our right headlight isn’t working anymore. He’s a really nice guy but needs to work on his communication, attention to detail, and quality control. In the end the van looks ok but I regret working with him.

Took my car to Mike at Legends Customs to replace the power steering pump. Said the pulley needed replaced as well. Next day he calls to tell me come pick it up. We pay the bill $443 and get my keys. Open my door and see my personal gold vial is sitting on the dash! Somebody rummaged thru my console! I start my car and hear horrible squeeling! Go back inside to ask Mike what's going on. He doesn't even come talk to me but tells the office girl to tell me to GO BUY steering fluid! I said WTH! That's part of the job! Nope not at Mike's place! Replace the power steering pump but dont put new fluid in! Let me leave and refuses to answer my 5 calls. Even hung up on me! Went to my boyfriend's work to tell him what happened & he looks under the hood. Good ol Mike didn't bolt my steering fluid reservoir or my radiator resv back on! Its spraying fluid out of the main hose (all over the motor) because Mike didn't put the hose clamp on! He didn't even drain out the old brown yucky fluid. My car has been down for 2 weeks now. All that fluid spraying has shorted something out and it won't stay running now? I'm extremely dissatisfied with Mike at Legends Customs ‼️

I had a great experience! I wanted to surprise my boyfriend for his birthday by getting his car detailed. Interior and exterior. He basically lives and works in his car so it definitely needed so attention. The owner was professional and kind. He quoted me a very fair price and he got me on the schedule quickly. When I dropped off the car and he told me he would be finished in a few hours I almost couldn’t believe it. I picked up the car later that afternoon and it looked like a brand new car! Very thankful for Legends Kustoms, my boyfriend loved his present and we will be referring our friends here in the future.Service: Auto detailing

Well I'm not sure those other reviews are correct! I personally had a great experience with the team at legends kustoms. My car had all kids of issues I thought would cost a fortune to get fixed. But when I took my 1987 ford pick up in for a basic detail I was explaining all the quirks and little tricks to my truck mike was pretty very informative and quite knowledgeable about alot of my trucks issues. He offered to help me out with getting my old truck running and driving as good \" as it was going to be looking. \" he said. And boy was I amazed. He's a smart young man who know his way around cars . I would strongly recommend him and his business to anyone. Ill be a customer for life myself

Set an appointment up (just to make that clear, he did) @ 7am didn't answer phone nor attend to his businesses! Totally blown off! I should have known to NOT come here in the first place after reading the reviews! Wasted my time, sat around for 3 hours.. talk about tweeker time!!! That's exact ly what u will get. No answer still 3 hrs later. By the way it takes weeks or mos to get a tint appointment. So he really wasted my time!

Mike at Legends custom auto detailing & body shop did a phenomenal job. i went in for some dent and paint repair and mike not only super exceeded all my expectations, but detailed my Audi on the house. when i came to pick it up the interior was cleaner than it was when i bought it from the used car dealership. Honestly i dont evem know where to start we took the vehicle down to be tinted the whole vehicle was not done because he ran out of product we paid full price of 250 with the promise it eould be completed and fixed in weeks to come was still not in following week, week after was easter i was polite but have not heard back since would not recommend and will not be going back was a complete waste of time and money take your buisness somewhere else
