Happy Brows Thanks Patti. About six years ago Patti filed in my eye brows that were thinner below the arches. This not only improved the look of my brows, but also looked very natural. Now after six years and using cleansing with light acid stimulates they faded a bit. So I just had Patti touch up my brows, and am very happy with the results again.

In 2015, I would have given a great review. Service, attitude, and results have all gone downhill. On the other hand, charges have gone up...I first went to Patti in 2015 and was pleased with the results for the pricing.Even though I live in Bend, OR, I returned in 2018 to have my eyebrows done in addition to a retouch of my eyeliner. She over-tweezed my eyebrows, and thankfully they grew back. The most recent visit for full color to lips, brows, and eyeliner on January 28, 2023, was around $1800 and I gave her a $200 tip. Unfortunately, this time my over-tweezed eyebrows have NOT grown back, even with daily use of Latiesse (yes, I know how this product works and it helped in the past). She offers, of her own choice, to do one touch-up in a six-month period. I only wanted the plucked area to be covered in, not a touch-up to lips or liner which was included in the price.I asked for this touch-up in April, and she did not book me until August 9th.AFTER I was in her chair and the procedure had started, did she tell me there would be an additional charge as we were now outside the six-month re-touch time frame. How are you supposed to dispute and negotiate with someone who is TATOOING YOUR FACE?!?! I tried as gently as I could to press on the fact that I had definitely reached out in time to be booked, but she emphasized that it was past time - no fault of hers (though she controls her booking 100%), and I would have to pay whatever charge she decided. She also could have informed me at the time of booking or the time of confirmation.I was horrified and this made the entire process more physically painful and I tried to keep myself together. I almost lost it when I had to pay with an almost maxed-out credit card and was asked if I wanted to ADD a tip!!!As a business owner, I am shocked. I have paid Patti over $3500 for satisfactory results. Out of the four women I have been to for permanent makeup, she ties for third. The charge I paid is the last dollar she will ever get from me. I would rather apply Wet-and-Wild dollar store 10-year-old makeup daily than be treated like this ever again. Please note the dates of reviews when considering where to have your hard earned money spent.Service: Permanent makeup

After taking a couple days, I sent a well-thought out and kind message stating my disappointment. To add salt to an injury, Patti gave me the basic, "I'm sorry you feel that way..." response. I highly suggest you make your touch-up appointment before you leave your session to be sure you get what is offered.

Discriminatory against service animals. I have never experienced someone being so rude because I have a 35lb service animal. There was no welcoming, kindness or compassion when the touch up was extremely painful. The first thing Pattie said was, "Oh you have your dog, again." HE IS A SERVICE DOG with tags and a clearly marked vest!!!! She was unorganized - lost my paperwork and did not give me any instructions for patting my brows, after care, etc. Honestly, I wanted to get out of there asap.If you are going to be in a business where customer service is key, be kind at the minimum. I would never recommend.

Would not recommend. Very poor customer service & lack of kindness. I have a service dog & her demeanor was very put off by me bringing him. I traveled 1.5 hours to come to the appointment. Initially, I wanted micro blading, but Pattie convinced me to tattoo them. During the touch up it was very painful & I can handle a good amount usually. There was no general or compassion. I would not return because her energy is so foul it ruins the experience. Plenty of other choices out there!

Bad Experience; poor customer service. Microblading and eyeliner tattooing. 2 a.m. I woke up with goopy eyes, swelling & excruciating pain. I was unable to see and went to Immediate Care. Rx given for scratched cornea (both eyes). Patti's response 7 DAYS LATER via text indicates it was a “reaction” and reminded me of the consent form I signed. I told her that a consent does not protect her for liability or responsibility. She feels there was no neglect on her part. Certainly, allowing ink to run in my eyes is neglect.Partial refund requested to help cover cost of lost work, medical visits and medication, of which she has refused. Of note, I was fully prepared to take her to arbitration until I found out there is a $600 filing fee. My guess is she’s aware of this and standing her ground. Of note, I’m very pleased with the final outcome but have no intentions of ever returning. Buyer beware.Services: Permanent makeup

Bad Experience; poor customer service. I had microblading on my eyebrows as well as eyeliner tattooing. 2 a.m. the following day I woke up with goopy eyes, swelling and excruciating pain. I was unable to see out of my right eye and only able to read the first to lines of an eye chart from my left, in Immediate Care. Antibiotics given for scratched cornea (both eyes). Her response 7 DAYS LATER via text indicates it was a "reaction" and reminded me of the consent form I signed. I told her that a consent does not protect her for liability or responsibility. She feels there was no neglect on her part. Certainly, allowing ink to run in my eyes is, as far as I'm concerned, is neglect. I requested a partial refund to help cover cost of lost work, medical visits and medication, of which she has refused. Of note, I was fully prepared to take her to arbitration until I found out there is a $600 filing fee. My guess is she's aware of this and standing her ground. Patti did a wonderful job microblading and adding permanent eyeliner after I lost my hair due to chemo. She is professional and skilled in her technique. She was recommended to me and I recommend her to others.Service: Microblading

Patti is a master and A professional at what she does. She has the years of experience behind her. Helping figure out what colors are best suited for your skin tone so that you get the best results it’s some thing she does very well. If you’re thinking about permanent make up for your eyebrows, eyeliner or lips then patti at Lasting Effect is where to go. You won’t be disappointed!

Well when I walked in I was impressed by the feeling of the beauty, patti was perfectly welcoming & comforting. She seemed to be very sure of her quality of work and did a fantastic cleanest job on my eyeliner . I’d highly suggest her work , she definitely knows what she is doing , i barley feel it, & it was over in a flash. She is amazing !
