I got hit by a car October 16th and although I have poor insurance which is Jackson Care Connect, I've been treated with world-class service, especially by Brandy Walter. My primary care physician cares so much and has been very supportive during my healing journey. I couldn't have asked for a better care team. Highly recommend anyone to come here.

Really disheartening I have been going here for years found care from an IBH member but as for the pcp down right degrading refusing to help me making me go to a different clinic which probably won't allow me to continue visits and apps with the IBH member. It's not fair on so many levels and i got treated like garbage by the doctor who won't even try to be my doctor as I was promised

They will violate your rights.HIPPA Compliance lawsmeddlesome,and self assuming. After reading the so-called transcriber's report which was nothing of the actual visit I knew I was dealing with ignorance. I can't see recommend them to anyone. They Is manipulate documents that goes against HIPAA compliance.

I love la clinica and the help they give me. Not indifferent or blase like other places.Now, I'm getting my prescriptions here but my copays were higher. I showed my plans, but the other counter people said higher.I went this week, the lady at the window took the time to listen and correct this. I commend her.

Find a new pharmacist. Whoever the older gentleman is running the counter has absolutely no bedside manner. When I couldn't pay for my meds (it was $12), he told me "$12 really isn't a lot..." which left me in the parking lot, fuming. The lady who was standing behind me offered me $12 cash to pay for my meds (THANK YOU! Whoever you are, you rock). Also, having to order certain business days in advance? No auto refills or really anything to help mentally and physically disabled people access their medications easier and everything is less "manual". I am not sure why or how my meds are refilled thru MyChart. But the meds go to my DOCTOR. And not the PHARMACY. I used to be with Riteaid and everything was very accessible, albeit longer lines. I may just have to be patient versus dealing with your pharmacist. Find a new one. Oh and speaking of ordering certain business days in advance, another time I was at the pharmacy, there was a gentleman who was an ESL speaker. He told this pharmacist that he had forgotten to order his meds. Your pharmacist exclaimed "you forgot??" as if the customer was his child that did something bad. Extra impersonal points for saying it loud enough for me to hear. I'll keep seeing my doc here, but your pharmacist needs a serious change.

After losing health insurance 4 years ago because of Obamacare charging us over $11000 on top of what we were paying monthly, I am thankful for sliding scale at LA clinica. Without them at almost 60 years old, who knows where I'd be.

Went in seen a Dr he was good. then I had to talk to office peopleAND omg my skin must be the wrong color they are B****es in there the main office gal is not a nice customer friendly PERSON and I use the word person loosely.
