I have been a LC client for many years. Paul Garcia, a relatively new provider, started out well, but he became angry, impatient and disrespectful. I withdrew from seeing him and chose other providers but was assigned to him my last visit. He showed me a video of himself and other providers laughing and hating me. His evil grin was horrifying. He told me he will write the DMV and get them suspend my drivers license. He said he would get firefighters to drag me from my home. (I have a perfect driving record.) He was so menacing and threatening I called the police and he made a report. Today Lucy at LC called me, trying to disavow what happened. Typical.

Just had an awful experience at this place which is a shame because it used to be so good. My previous PCP recently moved out of state so I got paired up with a new guy and he was infuriating. I was there for psychiatric medication management and I explained that my current meds weren't working and because of the side-effects, I didn't want to take them anymore. His solution? "Keep taking them, things might get better." He kept repeating it over and over and I kept saying, "No, I don't want to." Also, I told him that I already had a mental health therapist and he pushed for me to establish with one of their in-house mental health clinicians after, again, I kept saying, "No, I don't want to." I swear, dealing with that man was like talking to a used car salesman. He didn't listen, he was condescending, and just a pain to deal with, I don't envy the people that have to work with him. I was scheduled for a follow-up to establish with a new PCP but after that experience, I cancelled the appointment. I am never going back again.

I got hit by a car October 16th and although I have poor insurance which is Jackson Care Connect, I've been treated with world-class service, especially by Brandy Walter. My primary care physician cares so much and has been very supportive during my healing journey. I couldn't have asked for a better care team. Highly recommend anyone to come here.

Really disheartening I have been going here for years found care from an IBH member but as for the pcp down right degrading refusing to help me making me go to a different clinic which probably won't allow me to continue visits and apps with the IBH member. It's not fair on so many levels and i got treated like garbage by the doctor who won't even try to be my doctor as I was promised
