The Medford, OR Kohls appears to have very little inventory with many shelves bare. I made a return and did not get the full amount I spent on the product with the cost of shipping. I asked the woman at the counter about it and she really had no idea why. I couldn’t find the email for my order but I did have the shipping info for the order. We went round and round about why I didn’t get all of my money back. Finally she called the manager to help her. After explaining the whole story to the manager I finally was fed up. I told her because this is so ridiculous and taking so long I’m going to leave. The manager took charge and said give her a gift card to cover the shipping cost and she threw in a couple of other coupons on top of it. The manager was extremely helpful and walked me through the store and helped me pick out some new bath mats to replace the ones I returned. I am sorry I can’t remember her name, but the manager turned around a situation that was not good and made me a happy customer!! I will be back. Thank you!

Kohl's was great there employees went out of their way to help me with a dress up DIY costume she needed for her 3rd grade class for spirit week. She was dressing up like Caroline.. but we needed to get a yellow rain coat as well a yellow rain books but we did get the rain coat for $9.99 which was a good. I really felt happy about the service which will keep me coming back. The only bad thing was there air conditioning was broken and it was 🔥🔥🔥🔥🥵🥵🥵

I love the Kohl's in Medford. Easy parking, clean store, lots of space to look at everything. Sales people are friendly and knowledgeable.

Was very sad to see the men's clothing area so down sized and shelves not even full. Everywhere just looked a little shabby. We wonder if ever it'll come back ?
