I love the Kohl's in Medford. Easy parking, clean store, lots of space to look at everything. Sales people are friendly and knowledgeable.

Your associates are great. But when ordering online it's a "no star". You can't seem to get your delivery dates right. I was told both orders would be delivered no later than the 20th. Now I'm told one will be delivered the 22nd the other the 23rd. That's not good at all.
As I'm reading the reviews it's funny how most of the negative reviews don't get a reply not even an apology but if it's a good review there is a reply. How sad. I'm sure I'll never shop here again in store or online.
