This place is poorly run based on my experience. I went to the drive-up around 2:00 pm. Long line of cars, not moving very fast. Took forever to even get up to where you place your order. I ordered my food and was told it would be $11.19. When I got to the window, I gave them $21.20 so I would get. $10.01 back. Not a lot of math, right? Not difficult to make change? Oh no. I was given $9 and some change, had to correct all that. Finally got my food and drove away - only to discover, when it was far too late, that they didn't even give me what I had ordered. So if you want to wait a long time to be given incorrect change and have your order messed up, this is the place!

This location has been plagued with staffing issues since opening last year. The few times I've been here orders were never right ,food that we got was beyond horrible. The Medford location was closed for a bit recently due to lack of staff and mgr, as per the Central Point location. I saw location was open now and had cars in drive thru on my way to Walmart to pick up an order so I decided we'ed give it a try. While sitting waiting for my Walmart pick up I placed an online order at 3:54pm. At 3:57pm i received an update from KFC that my order was ready for pick up. I arrived at the store at 4:00pm. To my surprise my order was indeed ready, the store was clean ,employees were working hard and the line for drive thru was long.I'm pleased to say my order was perfect, the food was great and have no complaints. Everything tasted as it should, employee who greeted me and helped me with my order was very friendly and professional and thanked me for visiting.

this store has the worst customer service. I have tried multiple time to get the food I actually order manager promised things would be better the next time I came in. so I tried one last time. went in this time instead of drive through,the service was worse. customers before me could not get service as one of the employees stood there on the clock on her phone ignoring everyone waiting to order. not one time that I have gone have they had extra crispy. I will try central point and see how the service is I would rather drive 5 miles for good service than go down the street for really bad service.

Every time I come I'm waiting g about 20-25 for some chicken sandwich as well I've came 3 times in the drive thur and they say they don't have any crispy chicken as well the costumer service is horrible! Let's see what he been waiting to n my car for 25 my daughters are in side just for 3 chicken sandwich!!!!

Evening shift has mask on...their chins, working without gloves too. But the crew sure does drink up the fountain drinks (4 times while waiting for food)A great location to get Covid.

Ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches and a large French fries. Pulled up to the pay window and there was a large cup and a sign that said in huge black letters "Tips" plastered in duct tape outside the window.When my order came out I noticed right away the greasy mark on the bottom of the bag. I looked in to find, that there was no French fry container at all. They were thrown directly into the bottom of the bag!! Loose!! The sandwiches were on top as if to conceal!! This is a brand new store on Central Drive in Medford and already running like there is nobody in control. Monday November 8th 2021 at 2:45 pm.

35 minutes in line (and it was only 4:30pm), spent $30 and when I got home (Eagle Point), half the order was missing! And this isn't the first time. Let's not even talk about the poor service. Pretty sure this review won't even get looked at by management.

This location has yet to get our order right. EVERY single order is missing something. This time it was the drumsticks from two different two piece combos. Last time it was the mashed potatoes. What was I supposed to do with gravy and no potatoes?

Check my order before I left the parking lot. I was right, part of my order was missing. Went in side told the young man I was missing some of my order. A young lady said that it was her fault with a attitude. Gave me the rest of my order didn't even say sorry for any inconvenience, I suggested she should change her attitude she said with a smart mouth nope. And she said that she the manager. Popeye chicken ? were are you when we need you.

Awesome service. Food is super good made quick. Employees are polite and the manger Zoe is a gem she makes sure all costumers are happy with their meals.

Completely disappointing in every way. Not KFC in general, this location for certain. The old location on Barnett was great. Disappointed that with a new building the brand/quality and service is completely lost. Three times you've gotten my order completely wrong! Finally tonight, I bothered to drive back and say something. Instead of waiting in the drive thru (which I have experienced being stuck for an hour in delivering for door dash) stopped the employees as they were about to lock the lobby (way earlier than said time) Instead of being polite, apologetic/accommodating, the first thing she asked me was if I was intoxicated!?!? WHAT?? Wow! That's all I have to say... just because you're short handed, customer service matters. I gave you another chance simply because your food smells good when I deliver it. If you want KFC, trust me...drive to Central Point! The service will be so much better and you will actually get the right food!!!

Stood at the counter for 10 minutes while the employees talked in the back. Only guy who seemed to care or work was kid at the drive thru window.

Check your receipt before you leave they have charged me too much a couple times and this time I called to speak to the mgr while I'm in my car because the dining room is closed. Waited 10 min at least and she never came out to talk to me. Not professional at all

No butter/honey for biscuit and never asked what dipping sauces for chicken strips! Very disappointed
