I had A LOT of work done on my vehicle. The staff and mechanics were great to work with. They listened to my concerns and shared theirs about my vehicle with me. With so much work done, there were a couple things that I had to bring it back in for them to look over again; they did so graciously and replaced the faulty parts from the manufacturer at no additional cost.
The biggest perk is that they will pick you up and drop you off while your car is being serviced. They even gave me a loaner vehicle when we found that my car was going to take a couple days longer than expected. This is THE place to go!

Wow! We went to Kelly's to get us a second opinion. After visiting a local dealership. The dealership had recommended numerous services based on the mileage. We went to Kelly's and they actually test the fluids in question and physically check parts that may need replaced instead of just doing it by mileage. Turned out that many of the services did not even need to be done, because a test revealed that the fluids were actually still plenty good. And the services that did need to be performed were around 30% of what the dealership was going to charge. Every single person I've met that works at Kelly's is all about taking care of their customers with integrity. I would not hesitate to send someone their direction.

I was very impressed with their work. They were very quick and very very thorough! Took pictures of all the issues that needed to be addressed. I am so happy with the repairs that they completed. I would 100 % recommend them!!

Happy to report I got all fluids, minus oil done, serpentine belt and a valve cover gasket done on 2011 RAV4.
Did a test drive on the freeway from there to my employer; felt great.
I also was able to use a loaner they provided so I wasn’t without wheels. Very cool. You must have full coverage insurance to do this though.

I recently experienced a problem with my Lexus SUV with my A/C temperature regulation. During an extremely hot weather period, my A/C was stuck on 'HIGH' and I was unable to lower it, even using the 'climate' feature on my dash screen. I was able to do a 'work-around' by putting the function on "DUAL', closing the driver vents down, and opening the passenger side vents directing them to the driver side. But I knew sooner or later this likely wouldn't be optimal. We called around Mt. Shasta and no one was able to help us. I dreaded a long drive to Eugene, the closest dealership from Mt. Shasta. We finally found Kelly's on line and because they advertised their experience with high end cars and Lexus vehicles, we called them late Monday afternoon. Over the phone, Greg provided some practical steps to try to reboot the computer, but to no avail. I was desperate and decided to drive 1.5 hours to Medford the next morning. I made an online appointment through their online site for 10 am. Arriving at 9:55 am, with a very busy shop, they professionally and respectfully took my car in and within an hour they had diagnosed and fixed the simple problem! It turned out to be a "stuck" switch, which they cleaned out and then ensured the system to be working correctly. I got out the door with a very reasonable bill (< $110.00) and a smile on my face as I drove down the freeway in a super cool car!! I'd definitely rate their work, customer service and amenities with 5 stars! Thank you, Kelly's!!

I drove from Seattle to San Jose. When I got to Medford, I started hearing some weird noise in the car. Stopped by Kelly’s to inspect it. And they sure solved my problem
If you’re in town, go nowhere but Kelly’s and ask for no one but Ian. This guy works with love and passion.

100 percent professionalism. I got a worn out valve gasket and radiator cap replaced, and it turned out a purge valve they had put on was faulty, and they replaced free of charge- no hassles. I’ve taken our cars here for 3 years, and completely satisfied.

Vehicle but Kelly’s Automotive Service took me in right away and were sooo helpful. Although they weren’t able to fix the issue they told me the exact steps I needed to take. I am so so appreciative that they were there for me, especially being so far from home. On another note I love the authenticity of their company, the motivational messages in the waiting room and positivity was a amazing! Truly thankful!!!! ?
