I needed machine shop service and I live in Klamath Falls, which only has 2 machine shops.My mechanic recommended Keller’s in Medford. So I called them they were super friendly and said if I came that day they could have it done by the next day. When I arrived 2 hours later they said if I wanted to wait they could do it that day. 90 minutes later I was on my way home. 5 stars is not good enough for this company. Brought in a head that needed new valve seats put in and when I got the head back there was a fracture between the seats in cylinder 1. Do not recommend refused to any blame for his mistake

Needed engine rebuilt, was told 4 to 6 weeks. 5 weeks in I ask how it was going and was told another 4 weeks to finish. I get that John Keller is the Best in Southern OR, but he has been doing it for years. Tired and burnt out. I decided to bring the engine to a younger shop with less experience but, the crew is young and full of energy. Hungry.

I've been using this machine shop, exclusively for years, I'm a retired mechanic and do repairs now as something to keep me busy. I KNOW a good machine shop when I find one! I can talk them about just what I want and need done, they get it. Their work is beyond reproach in quality. I don't usually leave reviews, but I was astounded by the few reviews that have been posted, for the most part, negative and ignorant of what and how an "old school" machine shop works. Obviously, some reviewers simply don't understand what they are talking about. I don't care what the shop looks like, I only care about the work that leaves that shop. Which has ALWAYS been of the highest quality.
