JJ and his team went above and beyond! I live 3000 miles away from my father’s house that needed to be sold. I trusted them every step of the way. They were excellent in communicating, keeping me informed every step of the way. They had good solutions for the few hiccups that always come with selling a house. They were professional, yet sincere in their compassion for the situation. I truly felt they had my best interest at heart. What a wonderful experience it was working with JJ & his Team! There’s so many great qualities to rave about. It’s hard to cover everything here, but here are some main ones.We were forced to sell my mothers properties after she passed earlier this year. There’s already so many emotions happening within that process that we needed someone who we could trust, who could meet our needs, produce results in a certain time frame and sell our property for what is was worth; And they did just that! Everything JJ said he was going to do, he did! Even the date he said he’d have escrow closed by, HE DID!! It was a relief to have our homes sold quick! And with the confidence of his whole team to back it up!Also, they really have your best interest at heart! The clear and consistent communication and the honesty through the whole process was greatly appreciated! They are 100% YOU and they won’t settle for less. You will have to go through an experience with them to understand exactly what I’m saying!All the lady’s in the office were so great too! Whether you have questions, concerns or just need some support, they’ll be there!
