AVOID!! The exact opposite of what realtors are supposed to stand for. Ethics and your best interest are not important to the agents here. Profit and commissions is their only goal.

Kelli Hokinson and Wade Smith go out of their way to ensure your experience is better than your expectations! They made this process of buying our first home as stress-free as possible. They are the kindest humans and went above and beyond. Every question was answered in detail. They were always available, took the task of scheduling off of our hands, and gave the best recommendations while always keeping it honest! We couldn't be happier, and we feel we are working with the best realtors in the valley! Great communicators and wonderful listeners. We are so grateful to be able to work with them! I would recommend them to anyone. Great team.

Highly recommend Alex Aaronson as a realtor. He is excellent at listening to your needs, professional, courteous and always on the ball with immediate updating and contact/communication, more so than with any other realtor I have dealt with. Highly recommend.

Macie Wespremi was our realtor while buying our first home. We bought a home from a seller who had a difficult realtor. Macie helped us every step of the way. She answered all of our questions, had great communication and exceeded our expectations. Besides dealing with the sellers we had, we had a great experience buying our new home with Macie at John L. Scott.

I was told the road in front of the property I was purchasing was county maintained, after purchase and talking with my new neighbors, learned its maintained by property owners not county. In fact, county won't touch it. Also found out my house is on a military mortar range grave yard, contacted agent and he said most likely previous owner didn't know. Then I found out multiple mortars and grenades were found when neighbors houses were built. Asked agent to find a lawyer, got the run around. Both selling and buying agent were from same office. John L. Scott, buying agent, my agent, said house was listed lower than should have been before my purchase. This office is about profits over being a diligent agent. I wouldn't have bought this house again and won't deal with this office again. Feel like both my legal rights and misinformation was geared towards the sale and not what is best for the client.

It is evident that this company refrains from background checks and drug testing their employees. If you’re seeking rock bottom service from someone who’s nodding out on the job and can barely pull themselves together, you’ve come to the right place!Don’t worry- If your needs are not met during office hours you can follow up Friday- Sunday at any one of the many bars here in the Rogue Valley.

To put it succinctly and not get sued, John L. Scott Co. is totally disreputable. They are totally fee oriented. I contacted the Oregon realtor hq and was told, too bad, so sad. I got the advice of two real estate attorneys in Portland who both told me there are NO laws governing realtors in Oregon. What does that tell you? It's a shame that the good reputation of such a beautiful state is marred by realtors. They are the first ones you meet in a new location. I recommend that anyone buying real property in Oregon contact a lawyer first and proceed from there on solid ground. You need solid, legal protection in Oregon to buy a piece of Oregon.

First , I will not disclose who the John L. Scott realtor agent was, but will say what they did. If disclosed to the Oregon State Real Estate Regulatory Agency the agent would likely lose their license, and the company would have been significantly fined. The event happened a year ago however I mention it now after I have bought a home in Ashland (from another agency) and have calmed down enough to describe the incident. Anyway, I found a nice home and contacted online the listing agent (from Scott) for a disclosure statement. This was via an online website which I won't name. Never heard from the listing agent, and therefore got my own agent and told them I'd like the disclosure statement. Then, the Scott agent calls me back and wants to work with me. I called my agent and told them I just heard from Scott and they wanted me, but I am sticking with you now, and requested she contact the Scott agent and request the disclosure statement. Fast forward days and the Scott agent saying they were "trying to get it"...but never responded until AFTER the house was in contract. Here is the reason the Scott agent never got back to my agent...because Scott got BOTH sides of the deal because the house was shown via an online website. I later found out they represented the seller and buyer! Why split a commission when you don't have to...utter BS. Bottom, go elsewhere to a firm that has reputable agents (assuming there are in the real estate industry. I had a great and honest agent.

Would give zero stars if possible. First time, I inquired directly on their website about a property listing, no response via email or anything. Second time, I saw a property listed and contacted the agent, got multiple calls but none answering my request to view the property, then started receiving a million scam calls, the person who claimed to work for J. Scott I spoke to was inarticulate, didn't even get the address correct of the property and wouldn't answer any questions, truly bizarre. Sadly, I think it was a scam listing just to get peoples phone numbers.

Stephanie was wonderful to work with! She was always willing to meet us when it was convenient for us, and we have a crazy schedule. She helped us navigate these crazy times in real estate, between COVID rules, and the fact that so many houses in our price range were going pending within 48 to 72 hours. She was incredibly patient, and did a great job explaining the real estate industry to my former car salesman husband in a way that made sense to him. She helped us find our forever home, and for that I will be forever grateful!

I would like to give hands down praise for the work I had gotten from my realtor Jennifer Uriate who works for John L Scott Realty here in Vancouver, WA.She followed all the safety protocols for covid-19 while working with me on selling my current home and then buying my new home. She is very well experienced, considerate and just truly a honest hard working woman. An ultimate power house.I can't tell you how happy I was with the results of my home buying experience and selling experience. I was able to get my current home on the market and within two days I had an offer on my first showing. Then I was able to buy my current home within the following week. You can only do that when you have somebody who is experienced, hard working and will make it known you are important.10+stars for this wonderful experienced realtor JENNIFER URIARTE!!!THANK YOU SO MUCH, I LOVE MY NEW HOME!!SHE IS THE BEST EVER! IF YOU WANT IT DONE AND DONE RIGHT - HIRE JENNIFER URIARTE! SHE IS A GO-GETTER WITH A PERSONALITY OF GOLD.
