Great experience buying a truck. Owner was friendly, knows his stuff, and isn't a high pressure sales person. I had some questions and wanted to do a little research on a vehicle I hadn't considered until I saw it on the lot...Owner answered what he could and helped with research on what he didn't know. No pressure at all and I came back the next day to buy. Fastest car buying process I've had in a while too. I've had the truck 2 weeks now, it's running exactly as it should, haven't found any hidden issues, and will definitely recommend this place to friends in the market for a new (to them) vehicle.

Found a car the wife and I wanted from here. Sent a message to him through their website. Two days later, no reply. I called and the question was answered. The following day, I scheduled a test drive thought their website. Received no reply or comment whatsoever. Showed up at my appointed time only to discover nobody was there, and the car I'd scheduled to test drive was gone. I drove in from Grants Pass. Not exactly how I wanted to waste my time. I won't be even considering this place in the future. Taking my business elsewhere.

This is what a buying experience should be like! I was planning on dealing with a dealership employee but instead feel like a made a friend and did not need to be on the defense. I took my time and felt no push from Jeff at all.
