Like a rocket ride! Right out of the gate Jordan Wilson was quick to respond, respectful, positive, kind, funny and a plain joy to be around. Made the daunting task in the over 100 degree weather, feel like we were on a fun field trip. He could answer all our questions, if he couldn’t, he always looked into it and got back to us in a quick fashion. Speak of fashion. He was alway neat and clean. We would highly recommend him. It has been our good fortune to have Venessa Sealby as our realtor for three transactions in the last 17 months. All have gone well, in no small measure due to the diligence and extraordinary communication skills of Venessa.
We always knew what was happening with our transactions. She has been responsive, always available, and skilled at solving problems- whether related to information gathering, contractors, escrow activity, financing, less cooperative agents, etc. She is persistent about getting results.
She is a delight to work with, upbeat, and more than willing to help even in areas where not required of her. She has been patient with showing and making offers on numerous properties. I met jordan wilson. A couple years ago.. right when my wife and i were trying to lay out a path to purches a home... it has been a long road but finaly just was able to purches our first home.. he has been such an amazing agent and friend through the entire experiance.. and has help us every step of the way. Jordan is very knowladgable. And has a team of people willing to help get any situation to the finish line.. love working with him.. and am already looking for more property to someday purches..

Dillon listens and remembers what features and issue are most important to us. He is a great communicator and kept us informed throughout the process. Marc ask us for a Five Star , but we couldn't do that, in good conscience. It was disappointing, because we used him for the purchase of the home. In our first meeting about selling our home, he didn't want us the price it at the price we wanted it to be. Also made us feel like we were dumb. After a lot of discussion, we price it at my Price, and sold in 4 days, all cash offer. But they wanted a home warranty, I first said No, he said did you want to loose this over 500, so we said OK, after felt pressure. It wasn't the money, it's because all our appliances were less than 3yrs old. It's seen like it was a bother , we change our minds after they changed somethings on the terms in the contract, so we removed the warranty, the buyer was fine with that. After the loans closed, the buyers want to come by to take some measurements, we said sure, left her some keys and a nice note with notes of all the keys, mail box, other door lockes. We reply back to him with a text, with no reply.We told the buyer ,we wouldn't be going though our realtor anymore, just give her our numbers, so we didn't have to go though him again. Our thoughts was he got the money without hardly doing much work to get all that money, and the selling agent getting less!!. I give a reference before all this ,never gave us anything for the sale of that property ! Not even a thank you card!. Enoughthing!. Sorry about all this, On the percent on the sell!!. He shouldn't get even get half of that!!. Buyer beware, do your homework in picking your next realtor. 3-4 starts was what thought he needed. We glad to see that they changing they way they charged their percentage, no more 6- 8 percent!. Sorry! We will move on, God knows!. There's more but it's not worth talking about. S-J.
