I -- finally! -- found some top of the line fully protective knee pads-braces for my K2 inline skates. I searched many other local stores. Most of the knee guards didn't protect me from injuries on Each Side of the Kneecap. I suffered an inversion injury 4 years ago and had to upgrade. Well, I found Roller Derby graded knee gear. While I was there I bought a Certified helmet made by Triple 8. I've never bought one despite rollerblading for years. When it comes time to replace or upgrade my K2 wheels, I am bringing my business to Jack's. They are located in that corner shopping center next to the only roundabout on Highland. They're next to a mini market and smoke shop.

This is definitely the best skate shop I’ve ever been to. Amazing staff, fare prices, and overall just a great shop. The staff is very patient and friendly, they are always glad to help and there’s just always good vibes. Will definitely come back.

Overall excellent and convenient little skate shop. I did buy a Jack's board once that didn't have the truck mounts drilled correctly but after letting the owner know the quality of the boards dramatically increased. Usually ide be upset these boards are made with fresh wood honestly the strongest board I've ever owned. They have an excellent little clothing section with custom Jack's lables.

Since it first opened it's doors, Jacks Board House has been a pillar of the skateboarding culture in the Rogue Valley as a whole, as well as the premier skate shop in the city of Medford. In addition to everything you might need to start skating as a beginner, or a veteran replacing the deck you broke skating at the park down the street, Jack's Board House has the kind of knowledgeable service that makes skating accessible to anyone. Whether it's replacement parts, new shoes, cruisers, longboards, snowboards, and signature decks, Jack has you covered. They will even put it all together for you too. The products are consistent, the prices are fair, and the walls are decorated with the local history of the underground. See those signed decks on the walls? Make no mistake, when you go to Jack's, you walk in the footsteps of legends.

Needless to say I definitely left this place satisfied with my brand new board. Jack's has been around here for year and I see why. That people that own it are very kind and helpful, give great suggestions, and are knowledgeable about skateboarding. You will be spending a bit of money here but that's because this isn't a cheap Walmart skateboard, this is quality stuff that'll last years!

I have roller skates and could not get my toe stop out! Someone here worked with me to help get it out with some WD-40, a hammer and a blowdryer. The guy was super kind. Am super thankful we got it out! They are mostly a skateboard shop, but if they have something I need in the future I will definitely choose them to support the local business!
